Hi, I’ve just noticed the Twitter feed stopped working on our website. It says “Could not authenticate you”, but all the keys and tokens are there as they used to be when it worked and the theme and Wordpress are updated to the latest versions. We are using Twitter Feed included in your theme builder. Any idea why it has stopped working? thanks

Some font families (ex. content, info, etc) are not working and are defaulting to times roman. The font family settings for some don’t work in the Keynote>Goodlayers Admin Panel> Font Family – What can I do to get back the original theme font? Here is my website – http://plvisuals.com you can see the text “Every audience loves a great story…..Let us tell yours.” is defaulting to a classic times roman look , not the font thats set in the Keynote>Goodlayers Admin Panel.

Yes, you can use Woocommerce with the theme and you can also use the ticket sales plugin. But note that the ticket table layout in our demo will not work with the plugin. The plugin will use its own ticket layout.

I had someone show me the theme and it looks great. Before I purchase I had one question which was in the SESSION area the speakers seem to be thrown in one at a time. Can they reset to alphabetical it seems to just stack them

Hello, is there a way to integrate the newsletter widget that your team comes with with the Mymail plugin?
You may use that plugin using its shortcode in page builder, or use widget in sidebar directly.
But you may have to style it by yourself as we don’t have pre-built stylesheet for that plugin.

2. Unfortunately, we don’t have bank gateway option… In this case you may have to do customization manually by editing code. Or you may use third party system for ticket booking and put the specific url to booking button instead : http://take.ms/vzvDH
