Hi, I’m really struggling with your theme since I purchased 3 months ago. In an earlier comment you referred to documentation to read with the purchased package. please advise where I can get that documentation… Secondly I did import the demo data and it was quite useful. I then deleted it all to tidy up my site. I reloaded the demo data to try again to check on how the blog pages were composed and I get error 404 on all the pages and even home page.
Hello! If you will unzip the Main package you can find the documentation folder. The import can be used only one time, because all the info is located in the database even if you removed it from the WP Dashboard. You need to drop the database tables and make a new installation.
Hi, thank you for help. Sorted the demo data .. works nicely. Cannot find any documentation in the zip though. I downloaded the following following from themeforest but it is full of .psd & .php & .pnd files. Nothing that looks like an instruction document. “themeforest-10020792-soho-fullscreen-photo-video-wordpress-theme-1.zip”
If you will check the download button at your Themeforest Dashboard you can see few variants in the list. It gives a solution to download the package with the documentation.

Hi, I have woocommerce installed with a couple products. The active item on my navigation is highlighted when on the first category page, but as soon as you click in to the next level of the products, it doesnt show anymore the which menu item it is listed. How can I keep the active li to be highlighted?

The menu item isn’t active, because you moved to absolutely another page. This is the way how WordPress menu works.

Yes I had asked previously if it can be implemented on the backend to shuffle the images when on the portfolio ribbon style as it is with the fullscreen slidshow style so the order of images could be chnaged easily. They had said it should be in the next update and was wondering when this would take place. thanks!

I’ve had this theme for a few months now and incredibly impressed with it. I’ve recently ran into an issue with the counter widget, the top 1/3 of the numbers are cropped off abruptly. I’m not sure if I accidentally tweaked a setting or what’s going on. Does anyone have any insight to what may have happened?

So I have installed woocommerce with the theme, and so far it is working well. I am having problems with the sidebar, as all the pages take the main shop page sidebar, and you cannot individually customise each category and product page as per usual with woocommerce. Would you be able to advice how you can do it on your theme?
Hello! Unfortunately, the Woocommerce pages can use only this special sidebar. There is no way to display different ones.

1. That’s how the WooCommerce works. 2. You can use any of the fonts available at google web fonts.
The theme supports Google fonts. But if you want to enable other fonts it requires some custom changes.
I have the theme for my website running, and wanted to know if some things were possible.
1. Can I have a lightbox feature for the ribbon layout? When the images are clicked on it pops up on top full screen.
2. Some options for the galleries have the ability to reorganise the slider pictures, but if I use the ribbon layout on the portfolio page, I cannot. I want to be able to drag some images so they are a different order then I uploaded. If you can please advise I would appreciate it.

You can add the title to each video, you may check it on the demo right one (just put some). As for the autoplay, unfortunately we can’t detect when the video ends in order to start playing the new one, especially when we use for example the first video from youtube and the second one from vimeo 
Would it be possible to use a youtube playlist as a workaround the issue?

Hello! Looks like you didn’t read the theme documentation. It is included to the theme package. Follow the info: - please go to Galleries section in the main WordPress menu and click Category; - create categories to dipslay filtering system; - click Add New in Galleries section; - there is section called “Select Media” ; - simply click any image that you want to add to the gallery; - upload featured image (it will display as an album cover); - when gallery is ready, it’s time to create a gallery Albums page, please go to the pages and add a new page; - on the right in Page Attributes section select the Gallery-Albums template. Please, don’t forget to publish the page.

Hello! Sure, you can set any page as a home one. The difference is that the portfolio has single portfolio item page where you can add the content, the gallery does not have it.

1- Where is my Main menu on Page ? I have chosen Main menu in WP Theme -> menu. Example: This page and view Setup pic
2- Font and Blog CSS are errors. It’s not Roboto font & no CSS !! View Example portfolio and no CSS in blog like this post

Hmm. Still not working. When I publish with pages I just get a black heart bar; no images. Could my problem be from Portfolio? Because when I publish from portfolio I am at least seeing the images, however, they are still in slider format.
