Hello: In WooCommerce under the theme, the previous version of WooCommerce there checkout, notices, order these three folders, but this time the version is not, is this normal?

My customer will be use this theme just for the store and they not try to sell medicine or service to the customers. Now can we disable the price and buying options on the theme? The store wants to add the prospectuse to the every medicine. Is it possible can we add the prospectuses to the items? The web page must be works English and Turkish. Is this theme includes multi language support on it?

Hi, I have a few questions about this theme, but probably all of them can be answered with the first question. 1. Visual Composer isn’t working anymore, it’s asking me for a license and I can’t edit anything. 2. Is there a way to have the cathegories shown in the home page instead of featured, latest and special? 3. How can I make the logo bigger and the search box of the header smaller? I really want the logo to be bigger, but I’m not sure if I’m supposed to change it with Visual Composer. I’m currently using header 2, but any header with the logo on the left will work.

I am having problem with the google map its says “This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical detail” and also the visual composer of google map is not saving new changes. secondly, registration link is not showing on my account page that will allow user to create new account. I will appreciate if this issue can be sorted out for me. Thanks

There are some features to ask you before sticking with your template. If your template does not support, could you suggest me some plugins that are compatible with?

My website will be a Pharmacy listing, and patients could send their prescriptions by inputing a form or uploading a photo. I will charge pharmacies for their membership.

1) Sign-up for patients: Could I make verification via sending code to patients’ mobile phone?

2) Sign-up for pharmacies: Could I make manually verification?

3) Could I create an ID code to each pharmacy store and each patient?

4) Search results page: Could I filter pharmacies in opening? favourited pharmacies?

5) Pharmacy single page: 5.1 Could I assign a particular link (e.g www.domain.com/walmartstore01) to each pharmacy store? 5.2 To create order forms (input a form or upload a photo), and send to Pharmacy dashboard for order confirmation and Patient dashboard for order management 5.3 To input a form: could I pick from product database?

Hi there, since last theme update revolution slider with post-based choice doesn’t work anymore, have you notice?

I updated Wordpress today to version 4.5.2 and I updated Visual Composer to version 4.11.1?, both of which you claim to be working with the theme. After I did that, some of the site pages are messed up. Composer seems to be placing all content usually in columns, into individual rows. It shows it properly in the backend, but not the front end. This site is a shopping site and live so, I need this fixed ASAP. I’ve tried reverting back to older versions of composer and even tried restoring an older version of the site to try and go back to the way it was. Nothing fixes the issue. Please help!

hi there, i liked ur theme so much but i need to ask some questions: 1. does this theme has its own database so the buyer no need to connect it to another online store like ecwid? 2. is it easy to manage the sales and the process of adding items , edit them , delete them , add new ones? 3. at the admin side, does the theme support a way to verify and approve the sales or to delete them if it was not real or made by teenages like under 18? 4. does the theme include (upload the voucher from the doctor?) so that we can be sure that this real?

We really liked your theme and are considering using it for our store with over 10,000 products. I have some specific questions:

1. Have you tested your theme with large stores? Do you have any supporting information or data to share that will help us understand that the theme is optimized and ready for a large store implementation?

2. I see that you have a few options to change the header/top menu, however I want a ‘sticky’ top menu/header, i.e., the top menu is still accessible when scrolling down. This is important because with a store that has large number of products, the users tend to scroll endlessly and having access to the top menu at all times is only logical. If this is not available out of the box, how hard will it be to make this modification? I understand that this will not be in the remit of normal support but will you guide our developer in the right direction if required?

3. Does this theme support endless scrolling?

4. Are there any known issues with some other 3rd party popular plugins that we should be aware of? We use a lot of plugins from YITH (yithemes.com) and would prefer that it be compatible with them.

5. SEO is again very important for us, we use YOAST and PerfectSEOURL. Is your theme compatible with YOAST? Are there any SEO optimizations baked into the theme?

6. As I have shared, we have over 10,000 products and that also means a lot of categories, We have a total of about 1500 categories spread into 6 hierarchies. We run promotions on each category and require the option to set headers/graphics per category. For e.g. /vitamins and anything beneath that like /vitamins/womens-health or /vitamins/womens-health/pregnancy/ will inherit the design/headers/images from /vitamins. In the same way, /cosmetics can have a different design – so it is important that category pages have the ability to be customized. I hope you get the gist. Please let me know if this is possible and if not, will you be able to guide us in the right direction so that it can be modified in-house?

7. What about compatibility with the latest versions of Wordpress and Woocommerce? I don’t see that it has been updated to support the latest versions or maybe the changelog needs an update.
