Hey, great theme!
I have only one issue:
I want to have a fixed header on mobile.
On “Choose Header behaviour” I have chosen “fixed on scroll”, but its only fixed on desktop. ON mobile you have to slide back up a bit to show the header again.
How can i keep the header always fixed?

By default, header isn’t fixed on mobiles. But that can be achieved with a bit of custom css. Submit a ticket to https://mikado.ticksy.com with a link to your site, and we will write precise css code that you can use for this.

Dear Mikado. Seems like my problem was not fixed ( and I still have the same one and i don’t know what to do). I just want the header like here http://wellspring.mikado-themes.com/fitness-home/ – the menu over slider but it seems to be unsolvable problem I’m very very upsed and dissapointed as the same problem is happening again and again and again

Hello, I cannot reach the support via “Support” the page is on endless loading. Anyway, I have a problem with the blog display. When you display the list of post (masonery, or any other format) the “Excerpt” is showing but if i change the content of the article, the Excerpt do NOT CHANGE. If I modify the number of words to display, it works, but the content of this “Excerpt” do not change. The title change, but not the “Excerpt”. How can we fix that ? Is the “Excerpt” the begining of the content only ? If yes why it does not change, while the article and the content when you enter in the article change well.

Hi,
For each of your posts, in WP admin -> Posts -> each post, fill in your desired excerpt text in the excerpt field under the post’s content. If you don’t see this field, click on Screen Options in top right corner, and check excerpt. Then you will have this field, and put the excerpt text there for each of your posts.

Just go to Mikado Options -> General, and upload desired logos in all fields, including ones for Sticky header and Mobile devices.

There is a setting in header for adjusting the sticky header text color, yet for some reason this feature does not work. The only way to modify the color is to add custom css. Will this feature be corrected in future versions of Wellspring?

Why license codes for visual composer and revolution slider are not included in package ?

We bought extended license for these plugins (Visual Composer and Slider Revolution), and we can’t give you license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme (you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins), also we will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if it exists. Then when you update theme you just need to go to your back-end Plugins and to deactivate/delete these plugin then you will get some notification to install necessary plugins to our theme, then just click to install/activate again these plugins and that will be all. If you don’t get this notification to install necessary plugins, then just go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find these plugins in our theme folder/plugins select one by one and click import/install. You can ignore messages about activation these plugins, you have/get inside Plugin settings.

1. The headlines are using ‘Josefin Sans’ font, while the content is in ‘Open Sans’
2. You can add this in Mikado Options -> General -> Custom CSS field

If you updated WP recently to version 4.5+ than you need to update our theme to version 1.1.1 and also update VC (came bundled) to version 4.11.2.1. After this make sure your cache is cleared and everything should be back fine.

We are using Contact Form 7 plugin for contact forms in our demos. You could just insert different Contact Form 7 shortcode in Appearance > Widgets in widget area where you want contact form to appear. To change existing contact form, or to create new one, just go to Contact Form tab from your dashboard.
