I have installed the theme and am trying to install the demo but keep getting the following error:
Import failed!
The XML file containing the demo content is not available or could not be read in
/home/chilmarkschool/public_html/wp-content/themes/eduma/inc/admin/data//data/
You might want to try to set the file permission to chmod 777.
If this doesn’t work please use the wordpress importer and import the XML file (should be located in your themes folder: demodata.xml) manually here.
Please tell what I can do to get it installed and I’m getting a bit annoyed with it now.

I have installed the theme. And I would like to change the header names of the course page, example, instead of the price shown ”$65” it will show the type of the course “Advanced Diploma”. Instead of the name ‘Teacher’ I would like to change the header to the school like “XYZ University” How do I do that?

So I requested a refund when I first purchased this theme due to lack of documentation. Given all the new updates, I thought I’d try it again. And the documentation is still the same. I mean, you take the time to write about how great the theme is on the theme detail page. How about taking the same time to document the theme properly. And make it obvious where this new uptodate documentation lives.

I posted in the support forums yesterday morning but since you haven’t answered yet I’ll leave this here too just in case.
We want to make some changes to the portfolio widget template that cannot be done with css (for example, put a post excerpt below the title, instead of the category).
Looking at the code I’ve seen that the widget it’s calling /inc/widgets/portfolio/tpl/base.php file. Is there any way I can change the template file path from my child theme?
I’ve seen that the Site Origins Widget Bundle (which seems to be the base for these widgets) has this filter: https://siteorigin.com/docs/widgets-bundle/advanced-concepts/filters/template-file/
But I my function gets ignored whether trying to call ‘siteorigin_widgets_template_file_thim-widget-portfolio’ or ‘siteorigin_widgets_template_file_portfolio’ or ‘siteorigin_widgets_template_file_thim-portfolio’.

Hi. This issue has been hanging from friday. It wasn’t an urgent matter, but now it is, my client is very upset because I couldn’t finish his website on the stipulated time because of these issues.
I get the feeling that I don’t get any support unless I complain publicly, and never before at least 24 hours. For what I’ve seen in the comments this seems to be the case for many people. You may want to do something about that.
Also your developers don’t seem to be getting my acess info even though I included it in the “Access info” tab in several answers and in the button on top of the thread. I don’t have any way to verify it was correctly sent, because I cannot see it myself (that field always appears blank). You may want me to email the credentials to you instead of using the fancy tab.
The issues I’ve found are:
- Cannot overwrite widget layouts from child-theme.
- Service widget breaks on multilanguage with WPML on any languages that aren’t the default.
- No error output even with WP_DEBUG and ini_get(‘display_errors’) are set to true, which makes it hard to debug the issues myself. Seems to be related to the Services widget, because I’ve tried causing errors from functions.php and it does throw an error. When something goes wrong inside the services widget, it doesn’t output the error, the page just breaks from where the error happened onwards. Maybe there’s an @ error operator somewhere?

Sure he can . If you want to use CCAvenue, our system can sell courses via WooCommerce payment gateways, and we have this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/ccavanue-woocommerce-payment-getway/
This is the only way to use the CCA right now. We hope in the future, we can integrate this gateway directly for LearnPress (we have a partner in India 
, so it’s will be done soon).

Your license says – Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for. I did not understand this. Does that mean if I create a course, I cannot charge my customers through the payment gateway on my website? Please elaborate….
srishtigroup, it’s for the theme, meaning 1 license of the theme will be used for 1 site. About the course, you completely get all benefit from selling courses on your site

There are 2 ways:
1. Using a child theme which override the post template. The author will be completely removed.
2. Using a custom CSS. This is the quickest way. Please go to menu Appearance / Customize / Custom CSS then insert the code below:
