Hi, I imported the Multi-listing Demo and tried setting the Lifestyle Agent homepage via Settings > Reading > Front Page Displays > A Static Page > Front Page > Select Homepage – Agent and It’s not working. When I reload the site I just see the code. I don’t know what to do to make it work properly. Ticket #810411 Please help! Thank you

Hi, about the search function, is this true that users cannot search by price and size at the same time? The way $search_values[‘meta_query’] is defined in search-listing.php seems to make it like this.
When a user enters his desired price and size at the same time, the price range he enters will be ignored because $search_values[‘meta_query’] is redefined later when size data is also present from the $_GET.
Also, will the theme natively support adding custom fields to the listing post in the future?

It doesn’t, the footer copyright text uses your sites title text.
Unfortunately I’m not familiar with that plugin nor can I provide support for all third party plugins, the best place to go for things like that are to the developer which it looks like you already have. Hope you understand, thanks for your purchase!
In Editor – Listing info (area where we input new properties): text is too pale, is it possible to make it bolder or to put black colour on text?

Some feedback from my developer. He said the search function wasn’t working the way it should and this was his fix fwiw:
So basically its the search-listings.php file in the theme, the $search_values variable in associative array with a ‘meta_query’ key is not in array it always gets the last value only..
For example:
/ search for beds / $search_values[‘meta_query’] = array( array( key and value here ) ); / search for baths / $search_values[‘meta_query’] = array( array( key and value here ) ); / search for max price / $search_values[‘meta_query’] = array( array( key and value here ) );
It only search the last given value which is for max price it ignores the beds and baths, so what I did to fix the issue is this:
/ search for beds / $search_values‘meta_query’ = array( array( key and value here ) ); / search for baths / $search_values‘meta_query’ = array( array( key and value here ) ); / search for max price / $search_values‘meta_query’ = array( array( key and value here ) );
I just add [ ] square brackets to make it in array..
If you could post your modified search-listings.php on https://gist.github.com/ so I can take a look at the full code do a compare. I just tested what you’ve explained and its querying each term — none get ignored, unless I’m missing something? Thanks!

I have created 3 listings, all 3 published. They show on the map and in the featured section but when I click on one of them to go to the full listing page I get a “Page not found”
Simple fix, that’s a permalinks/htaccess issue just go into Settings > Permalinks > hit Save Changes, and you’ll be all set.

Hi, I am interested in this theme, and the support for WP All Import. Just seeing if there is support for a system such as Jupix? Has anyone had experience with using Jupix and this theme.
Also is it possible to try this theme and its integration before buying? If not what is the refund policy like?
I haven’t personally heard of Jupix in all the years I’ve been specializing in real estate themes (since 2008), however after doing a bit of research it looks like they have XML export capability from the software so you could easily use that inconjunction with WP All Import and the official theme add on to get the listings into your WordPress site.

having waited almost a month for an issue to be resolved , only to be contacted outside of support and asked to pay $300 to resolve my issue that has crashed my site , fantastic theme Chris but the support has failed me , still have the issue , and my support has expired i am not happy about purchasing another 12 months support when it has not been provided for the past 6 months maybe you can help
I’m really beyond surprised you left a 1 star rating and a pretty strong worded review, I’ve still answered your questions even outside of your support being expired. Yes, you do need to purchase an extended support pack after your 6 months of included is up, I’m sure you can understand I’m running a business and have employee wages to pay among a myriad of other monthly costs. I hope you can understand $50 for 6 months of continued support is a massive bargain considering everything.
What exactly are you referring to having been quoted $300 for something, also what’s the issue you’re having? I’ll do my best to help, between Hina my support staff and I we strive to provide the best support possible but again when it’s expired it’s outside of mine and Envatos policy.

Support is always given on a timely basis, I’m not sure how you’re “fell through the cracks” but just keep in mind that if you purchase support — support is given 100%.

Your support requests didn’t and were all answered as I’ve explained before with screenshots, the quote Hina made to you was for customizations outside the scope of the normal support.
Having a small issue with yelp. I´m always getting 0km distances on yelp results. The listings are based in Spain so for example the zip code will be something like 30456. Is this a Yelp issue or something you can help with?
That would be the information being returned from Yelps API and unfortunately is outside of my control, is it happening on all listings?

I’d actually on this one contact WPML support and see what insight they can provide I worked hand & hand with the WPML developers to get the theme approved so I don’t think its a bug or anything like that, could be a plugin settings thing. Contact them at https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/, they’re really fast to respond and if you could let me know what they say.

If you could please contact WPML support as I explained previously and report back their findings on this. I know a ton of other buyers haven’t had any issues translating admin strings.

Wanted to let everyone know that I’m currently working on developing a full Membership Solution with PayPal API integration that will feature the following:
- Membership Packages: set X number of listing limits, unlimited listings, recurring daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, etc…along with custom user roles.
- PayPal API: payments for membership packages, per listing payments, “featured” add-on costs, etc…
- Invoicing & Billing: simple system to allow users to review and search on past invoices/receipts
- and a bunch more cool stuff to come!
As with everything this will all be 100% optional & free listings will still be available as well!

I submitted a ticket but figured I’d check on here too. I can’t manage my listings. There is no “Listing” option in the dashboard menu. I also get errors when submitting a listing on the front end.
Sounds like you haven’t installed and activated the required plugins, mainly my Contempo Real Estate Custom Posts plugin otherwise you won’t have any of the custom post types, taxonomies, etc, etc…
