Hey guys, I purchased your theme for a client a while ago, and it’s really great, very versatile and SEO friendly.

I’m having a slight technical problem though, the image on the front homepage has decided that it will no longer show, this has happened before and i had to clone the page to get it to show again.

I have set all the settings like the other pages that have kept their images, i’m not sure why the homepage keeps doing this ?

Is it safe to remove the WP Retina plugin? It takes by far the most time in loading the website and don’t have the idea I use this plugin.

I have attempted a few times to upload your theme to Wordpress, but seem to get 100% uploaded than it goes to an unknown page and says “Page not Found”. Why is it giving me this problem and how can it be fixed. I reviewed this theme through forums and your website and saw no issues now the fact that it is not simply uploading is a concern. Please advise.

I’m thinking about purchasing your Tower theme for WP. I would like to iframe a slider we will create in Hype to use on the home page replacing a theme slider. Is there an easy way of implementing this type of thing through the CMS or would it need some customization of the theme on our end? Thanks!

Hello again! we have problem with portfolio. If you go to http://www.jomamanager.com/wp/ you can see that when click in any “artista o espectáculo” doesn’t work every categories. For example, “copla” is empty, however, we have diferents items there. Could you checking? We can send you de password. Thanks!

Is it safe to update to woocommerce 2.6? Or do we have to wait for an update for that too?

We have just updated to 1.7 from 1.4. When trying to update WPBakery Visual Composer from 4.10 to 4.11.2, we recieve the message:

“To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer. Got Visual Composer in theme?”

Please advise.

I’ve left a couple of items in the support forum for this theme, but in order to get this stuff resolved quickly, I’m posting here too. In the last day or two, part of the shortcodes for lists with icons are displaying above the list. This happening for every single page where I’m using lists with icon.

I also inserted the simple testimonial on a page and the title field of the testimonial isn’t being display for the first testimonial that loads. If you go back once it rotates to the next testimonial, it display the title field like it should. It seems that this only happens when the testimonial carousel first loads.

Lastly, I ended up filing my support requests for these things in the Specular theme in the support forum because the link on the right sidebar for “ask for support” seems to be hard-coded to the specular theme, even if you’re already in the Tower section.

Hello. I’m working in your theme “tower”. The theme is amazing,( congrats), but I have a problem, maybe you could help me with.

I need background sound in all site. Just one song playing continuous and repeatedly. I have installed a perfect plugin (Soundy Background Music) and I found a problem: the song restarts when you click in other pages.

Do you have any solution?

Will you be updating your theme soon? Lost the ability of backend editor for visual composer.

Can you take a look at the odd scrolling behaviour for the full screen sliding pages. Ex: http://codeless.co/tower/sliding/ Occasionally the scroll direction seems to change? I’ve only noticed this on Chrome so far. Also is there a way to have full screen sections instead of all the sections being full screen?

I choose the boxed model from layout and see result page on any browser , everything is Ok till i zoom in or zoom out the page .after one of this action you can see the big margin at the left of container box.this margin increase or decrease by zoom in or zoom out.

Do you have any solution for this big problem?or should i waiting for new update of your fantastic theme?
