The documentation is good, clear, simple and well organised to guide you through the setup.
It is very inspiring for me to build my website and i think it’s really worth the money for what you can get.

Pre-purchase inquiry. First off all great work. I am really impressed by this theme. I have a serious inquiry though. On many wordpress articles people advice users to run the demo on several website speed test. Our TrueMag theme is optimized for best performance. However, please understand that the loading speed still depend on many factors for a good performance website.
It’s normal because most of sites now use a lot of Javascript to enhance user experience. (Infact, Wordpress and plugins have javascript in their code, it’s not only ourTheme)
The version of current TrueMag demo page is 4.2.7, but the latest version is 4.2.8.2 so there are some differences of the page speed between them.

Hi, I have an issue with the share function. When I want to share a video on Facebook (for example), it shares the video although I selected “link back to video post URL” in theme options. I want to share the feature image with link to the video post.

Thank you for your answer. I desactivated SEO plugin and it still doesnt work. The Facebook Open Graph keep the application/x-shockwave-flash as sharing type.
Problem fixed. Just had to select “No” for SEO – Echo Meta Tags in Theme Options and using Yoast SEO.

Hello there.. great theme ,very useful ..few questions & issues:
1- Is there a way to add the excerpt in popular videos display on right side of images thumbnails while we enable the views, likes and comments count aswell? currently the excerpt appears below the thumbnail and looks empty this way..heres the screenshot to give a clear idea what i ask http://prntscr.com/bl45t1 (this is the default most popular post widget. )
2- How do i set the News category layout as news blog like your site here http://themeforest.net/item/true-mag-wordpress-theme-for-video-and-magazine/full_screen_preview/6755267 with latest post larger than other. which layout is that? right sidebar, left sidebar or full width? coz none of them are like the news blog in your site.
3- When I click The Quick View button I just see a black transparent screen with video title. No video plays. Am I missing anything?
4- How do I set the number of characters to display in quick view description hover?

We designed the Smart Content Box layout with 2/4/6 column because it will not be enough space to display the content (both images and text) in each column, if there are too much columns. Thanks for your understanding.

Hi, first – thank you for all your fantastic “incredibly fast updates” for this theme. It is very much appreciates, since some other authors take sometimes months to update, which is a problem when vc etc. plugins depend on the theme author.
sorry cannot renew my support currently due to hospital stay, but have to complete the customizations on the theme. Need only one custom css to know: to change the background of the tooltip from white to a dark color.
I already found how to change the button [watch now and quick view]. Really appreciate it.
Just for my own info: am using the child theme of course – if I want to create a new/custom template page, that has the header and footer, but content is “essential grid only” – would it work? Or can I just simply use essential grid using vc>

Im using custom post types UI and created a custom post type. ??How can I set the page layout for custom post types – to full width for example. Does the theme detects custom post types? Or is there a way to hook the page layout select box to custom post types.

Presale enquiry, I’d like this to be an automated video site, so users can upload or post there own videos and place it into the categories, also then the most viewed or best liked videos will hit the front page, does your theme do something like that? Also will it automatically take the pictures for the video from youtube or freeze frame itself, or do we have to upload pictures separately, really after a user experience to be able to do this themselves.
