Hello, we’ve purchased the theme from this account (isaiashaller) and were unable to proceed with the download. We decided to give it a couple of ours in case there was a problem with the hosted content, but we are still unable to download it. All other items download just fine and we’ve tried different ISPs and browsers. We need to start our project asap and would be awesome if you could help us deal with this issue. Thank you very much. Please, make sure that you are using the latest versions of all the included plugin and create topic on our support forum https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/ Don’t forget to provide admin panel and FTP access in the private area, we’ll check what could be the reason of your problem.

Our admin module includes a lot of options http://prntscr.com/bks9yg and I think it will be easy to customize out theme. If you need some specific settings then would better ask if our template includes them.
Do not hesitate to ask any questions because it’s better to know everything about theme before purchase to avoid inconvenience in future.

You’ll be able to select single product layouts from Theme Options http://prntscr.com/bks49a and enable/disable some elements and features. Please, connect to your site via FTP and delete et-core-plugin. Then login to your Dashboard and install + activate the new version of this plugin (Appearance > Install Plugins > XStore Core plugin).
If you still have the problem after update, contact us on the support forum and provide admin panel and FTP access.

a few question 1. do you plan to add customization option in admin panel for Secondary menu. 2. do you have any plans for product page enhancements or introducing new product page types. 3. footer credit removal is not possible easily any plans to add footer more option in theme 4. breadcrumb sizes option to be maintained at admin panel 5. product details text in thumbnail out of the box. you have provided 3 options in theme. 6. widgets for contact details, will be appreciaited.

1. Yes, there is such item in our new features list, but can’t tell when exactly it will be added.
2. We plan to create new versions and also ass additional layouts for the product page. But if you have propositions we would be glad to check them. You can provide screenshots or links to real sites.
3. If you want to remove footer copyrights you just need to disable Footer Demo blocks http://prntscr.com/bj090c If you want to replace them by your own go to Appearance > Widgets > Footer Copyrights Left & Right.
4. At present, there are two options for breadcrumbs size: small and large. If future we’ll add custom paddings and font size.
5. Could you explain in details and provide screenshots because not sure if understand what you are talking about.
6. What fields should this widget include? It’s easy to add simple html content to display all the necessary information, no?

2. the current product layouts are awesome as i already said you ppl think out of box and deliver new things, my suggestion here is as you gave a video option in product layout, can you also give a button that either can replace the tags and categories (DOWNLOAD THE CATLOUGE) etc or kind of it, many a times users don’t want to have tags and categeary to show at side of image gallery of produt page. there should be option to hide these tags and categories etc option.
2.1 also image gallery should be enhanced (suggestion) 2.2 product designer features like user can create his own style of product page…..(such plugin or option will be a revolution)

1. We already have similar type of header, see http://8theme.com/demo/xstore/typography-page/team-members/?preset=header3 If you choose this type of header in Theme Options then you’ll be able to add HTML content with telephones or address http://prntscr.com/bj1m5l
2. As a rule, users don’t add tags if they don’t what to show them. But anyway it’s easier to hide tags and categories using custom css styles than add option for every element we have on single product page. But we’ll add such custom styles in our FAQ.
2.2 It’s a good idea and once we find the way to implement such thing, it will be included.
