Hi,

I’ve been having an issue since last week. None of my content is visible in visual composer. I have been able to fix this on other sites by updating the theme (I think it’s an issue with VC itself). Will Ronneby have an update with the latest VC version soon or do I need to renew support to access updates? I need to make changes to my site and am currently unable to. I’d appreciate some help!

The issue you’re experiencing is connected with the incompatibility of the newest version of WordPress and the deprecated version of the Visual Composer plugin.

In the same time I was wondering to use one of the pages on http://rnbtheme.com but I couldn’t located the pages. Is there any way I could get the pages direct without build it over again?I’m quite beginner for this.

Good morning we are having some troubles with the ronneby theme in theme options woo commerce category we are stuck with a max of four columns can this be increased to 12?

We are also having an issue with product images, we would like to limit there size however no changes we make appear to have any effect on the size of the image that the theme chooses to show on the page.

I finally want to use it on my new project but WP is asking me to update VC and when I did it doesn’t push through because they need the license. Is it something I have to purchase? (lifetime or only for six month), also for the plugin inserted. Another question: Can we put the video in background plus a parallax effect? 2. As for the video parallax, unfortunately, parallax effect can be applied to images.

Hello,

After purchasing the Ronneby theme, I am making my first steps to build and customize my site using the theme. While building upon the “Creative Bright” layout, I have done some customization by uploading my own logos, media and changing selected presentation parameters. Unfortunately, after making the last change, I found out that most of my customizations were reverted to default.

Do you know what could have caused this? I am working on a local installation of WordPress. Perhaps some background update has erased my modifications? How can I prevent it?

Hi, I am building a website for my customer using your theme. In order for him to get the updates, I would need to add my Secret API key to his wordpress and he is able to see all the themes I bought for other customers. This is unacceptable for me. Is there any way to have updates without entering details in envato toolkit?

The auto update option works with Envato API only, so I don’t really think anything can be done with it. Could you please mail us to dynamicframeworks@gmail.com and we’ll check it for you. As for notification, it used to show up I admin area when theme update is available.

Sure the problem is when I am buying themes for clients I need to use my Api key and they see all my themes. This is the first theme I face such situation so far. I will write an emial.

Hello, have an issue : The old woo commerce style > the widget price filter does t work correctly, it displays Pounds currency whereas i have euros enabled… and sometimes it does t show…how can i fix this currency issue on this widget ? thx a lot…franck

Hi I have a clean wordpress install and several issues with your theme:

1. Theme settings is loading very slowly. The page loads, but the content of setting tab shows up after 30 second. This is extremely slowing down my work

2. The siwtch buttons does not diplay properly when ON

3. I have modify main text font to Open Sans and it still diplays raleway

4. Recompile Styles does not have any progress

5. Why do you put 2 items in Admin Bar for recompiling styles, when this is used very rarely? You are making mess there.

6. I am using Header 1 which has an icon on far right, which opens a menu. How can I remove it?

7. Your theme setup section has terrible UX. The number of options is overhelming. You could fix it with better UX.

1. This issue is caused by backend stylesheets compilation enabled. We can disable it for you. Please mail us yor wp and ftp access details to dynamicframeworks@gmail.com and we’ll do that.
2. This issue shows up because some theme styles for those elements are being overwritten bu latest Wordpress and Visual Composer. It will be solved in next theme update but we can mail you the pre-release version of the theme as far as it’s ready.
3. and 4. Are most obviously the same issues. Could you please mail us your wp ad ftp access details to email mentioned above and we’ll check it for you.
5. Those buttons will be hidden in next theme update. They will be available in developer’s mode only.
6. Please try to go to page backend and disable Side_Area option in Select header type metabox.
7. We will be much appreciated if you mail us your recommendations to email mentioned above.

first of all congratulations for your theme, it seems awesome!

unfortunately, it just “seems” to me hahaha, I’ve just purchased it yesterday, I’ve installed it in one of my sub-sites of my WP Multisite, and when activated, I get messages:

- To enable theme update notifications, please enter your Envato Marketplace credentials in the ‘Ronneby Child Theme’ Update Options

- Hola! Would you like to receive automatic updates and unlock premium support? Please activate your copy of Visual Composer.

- Hi! Would you like to activate your version of Revolution Slider to receive live updates & get premium support? This is optional and not needed if the slider came bundled with a theme.

So the problem is that when attempting to perform any of the tasks (clicking the buttons) I get a page refresh with this message:

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

So, before bugging you I’ve tried to find a fix on google, and all the articles relating to this error talk about having an old wp database name and therefore having to change it to new, blablah…

In my case, there’s never been a change in my database names, prefixes, whatsoever… I went to phpMyAdmin, checked _usermeta, and the _capabilities column has the correct prefix (the same as all the rest)

So I’m kind of lost :(

I hope you could help me find a solution, it would be awesome :)
