How do i link the product categories to be the menu item? I have 6 main product categories which contained many sub categories. How do i show all these 6 product categories in my main menu and display the dropdown child menu when mouse hover?

I checked in the documentation and noticed that you have the ‘Product’ tab appeared under the custom links where i can pull the product link over to create my own products menu. This tab is missing in my website. Can i know what do i miss?

1- Please Go to Theme Options >> Skin, you will find all coloring and some other useful options here.
2- You do not need to remove slider alias this is happening because you have not import the sliders. Please import theme and then see.

For slider ID issue, I meant that please import sliders demo content provided within the theme from Theme Options and you will see sliders in that place. That is basically just a note telling that sliders are not imported into the theme.

Yes you can do this. Please Go to Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Product image & Zoom. You will see all options here. To increase the size of zoom You must enable “lens” in Zoom type. activating Lens will open all its options. Thanks

You can do it only with custom CSS code. There is no option to remove the background color of the tabs and border of tabs.

Is your website compatible with the Dokan MultiVendor plugin? I’ve tried few themes and the store layout usually is messed up.

We already have purchased PHP live Chat. Their solution is to add this script (<script type=”text/javascript” src=”//domainname.com/livechat/php/app.php?widget-init.js”></script>) to the header.php file which will show the chat popup on the right bottom of EVERY page. We would like to insert the chat an “SOME” pages. A couple of themes we tried have a setting on each page to add HTML code. However when we used the script, Visual Composer stopped working BUT the chat popup showed just fine. Does your theme support this kind of feature where we can insert the script on SOME of the pages and works with Visual Composer at the same time?

Filenaming is not a real issue, you just need to make sure that the filename ends with abc..wpress (that is the extension of All-in-One WP Migration plugin). If this extension is removed, it won’t showup in the plugin interface.

I think your optimal settings of the server did not meet the theme requirements. Optimal Server Requirements:
Server Type: Linux with cPanel ( Bluehost hosting Recommended )
PHP version = 5.4 or greater
Apache = 2.2 or greater
MySQL = 5.5 or greater
PHP Memory Limit = 256mb
PHP max_execution_time = 600 seconds
mod_rewrite Apache module = Enabled
If you are installing through WordPress Theme section, make sure your PHP Upload File Size limit is 64MB, since the theme .zip file is around 64MB
Please make sure all above settings are correct on your server, before complaining about theme issues. You can contact your web hosting company.

I re-installed the Porto theme from scratch and imported demo data. Google Maps no longer works. Google now requires an API key. There is no place to insert the key in the theme settings. How do we fix this error? My site’s contact page and the map previously worked prior to a complete re-install. I already have a key from Google, but nowhere to put it in the map settings in Visual Composer or the theme options. Please help?

Older sites will still work. The fact that I changed domain from devel server to live server meant that the map no longer works. Just mentioning that in case you are unable to recreate the issue. A different domain might be necessary to see the error appear.
