We have spoken privately via Fiverr and my own website and it is my assessment that you have made no effort whatsoever to read the documentation nor to attempt the very simple “setup” that the theme provides via appearance > setup guide inside your Wordpress Admin.
You may well be frustrated and the documentation could be improved in some small areas but your “1 star” review threat is immature at best.
Read the manual. This is website building not Kindegarten.
I purchased your theme about 1 year ago. It’s the most unfriendly theme ever purchased. I would be willing to pay someone to get it setup and working like demo. I am almost going to give up on it and give it a one star if I can’t get this to work… I purchased all the plugins and installed the demo…
Anyone from astound care to help me? I’m tired of trying to figure it out. The manual not very clear to me…Please advise.

Hi!

I would suggest you contact W3+ Solutions who can help you get the theme setup like the demo. They have lots of experience working with the theme.

Hello
I would just like to ask, we recently imported around 100+ listings on our website and it took us a lot of time to do it. There are still 300+ more listings need to be transferred from an excel file to the website.
Is it possible to bulk import this by scraping the list in excel? Bulk import data from CSV? Any plugin you would recommend? This will help us a lot and I’m sure this will help many more people in creating their listings.
Thanks in advance, I’m so far happy with the support team and the overall updates and fixes I get from reporting bugs in the theme.
Hey there! Thank you for your support as well!
You can definitely add Listings in bulk using CSV files! You can follow these steps found in our article using WP All Import : How to Import Listings Using WP All Import
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Thanks for answering my other question Fernando. One other question:
Is is possible to have the pricing tables link directly to a checkout page instead of prompting the user to create a listing first?
I want the order to be:
1. User Clicks Listify Pricing Table Button 2. User Taken to Checkout Page 3. User Checks Out 4. Checkout Confirmation Page has link to Listing Input page that is linked to customer’s paid account
Is this possible?
Hi again!
Hope you are doing well today once more!
Unfortunately, there is no option to change the checkout process when a user goes to submit a Listing. The current process allows for user to preview their Listing and get a real sense of what they are about to purchase before they actually pay for anything.
If you would really like to alter the steps, would require custom code to alter the current checkout process.
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!
Kind regards,
Fernando
Hello,
I have tried to open a ticket at the website mentioned before, I purchased Listify and have the purchase code. But it says “This is not an Astoundify product”. But it IS this theme.
Where can I get support?
Thanks!
Hey again!
You can get support here: Support Channel
It might be that you are trying to submit the wrong product key. Follow these steps to get your purchase code: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202822600-Where-Can-I-Find-my-Purchase-Code Once you got the correct key you can add it to here : https://astoundify.com/account/theme-licenses/?donkey-page=add-license

Before i buy i have one question. I wonder if i can change google maps to Openstreet maps instead? Why i want to do that? Because google have so many regulation policy. So is that possible. And if i can do it my self.
Hi there!
Something like this would require custom code to replace Google Maps with Openstreet Maps. There is no out of box solution for to make the changes without coding this.
We are partnered with and highly recommend WP Curve, Envato Studio or Codeable If you need help customizing your theme.
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hello!
Beautiful theme.
I’ve installed the preview theme.
Question, I don’t see a widget with listing author, which I would love to add. Where can I find it?
As well – in one of the preview themes, you see a tick box at the map (overview listings) where you can search some more options. In my demo content, I don’t have that? How can I add it?
Thanks!
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well!
Question: Question, I don’t see a widget with listing author, which I would love to add. Where can I find it?
Answer: You can find it in the Admin Dashboard > Appearance> Widgets > Listing Author. You can add this widget to the Single Listing Widget Areas .
Question: As well – in one of the preview themes, you see a tick box at the map (overview listings) where you can search some more options. In my demo content, I don’t have that? How can I add it?
Answer: You might be referring to the WP Job Manager – Tags plugin feature. Using this plugin will enable for tags to display on the search page!
If you need answers to questions regarding Listify, please contact support!

Hi Fernando!
About the author widget – It’s not there! Here is a screenshot: https://s31.postimg.org/no76jzvzf/Schermafbeelding_2016_07_09_om_12_23_46.pngAnother question: I’d like to add social icons in the menu, how can I do that?
Another question: Where can I remove or change the ‘Or browse highlights’ sentence on Front Page?
Hi there!
I replied back to these same questions on a newer comment you posted!
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
Fernando
Hello i saw this in previous comments, i think this is really important for google, because now there is no relevant content, a description outputted on the website is good for SEO:
Question:2. Does the category may have a general description ? Answer: You can add a small description to a Category through the backend admin panel but at this time it does not get outputted within the website.
Question: 3. Does the category descriptions may be shown when selected location and category and below all the listings ? Answer: At this time this is not possible but we are hoping to integrate category images and descriptions in a future release.
Hi there!
Absolutely! Thank you for your feedback! We can suggest Creating a “Static” Listing Page for SEO at this time. Beyond that would require customization.
We appreciate your feedback!
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Fernando
Hi, I would like to make the header transparent like your other theme marketify. Also secondary menu item “All categories” in primary menu. So that i can remove secondary menu. Pls guide.
Tx
Hi there, We are adding a transparent header option in a future theme update and I cannot tell you when this feature will be added as things change constantly with our theme update roadmap, we do not have a guide to add a transparent header in the current version of Listify.
You can add a new menu item inside of the primary menu with all the listing categories inside of that menu item.
Cheers! Adam
tx for reply. One more question :- I do not want to use woo commerce, but want to add social login. In your doc, you mentioned woo social login to buy and use for social login. pls help in adding the social login with woo commerce.

Hi,
I’m looking for a solution for a customer who wants a “city guide site” with all the things your theme offer plus (!) “walk routes”. For this there is CM Map Routes Manager plugin. My question is: are there known issues, problems, with the CM Map Routes Manager plugin?
regards Fons
Hi Fons!
Thank you for your question today.
Unfortunately, we have not tested the CM Map Routes Manager plugin with our theme. It is hard to say if there would be issues and hard to say how it will integrate. We do not have any experience with it but it uses shortcodes so the option might be to add a shortcode to the listing description field to output a route.
In our Listing pages, there is already a directions feature implemented as an alternative. See here .
Hope this helps!
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!
Kind regards,
Fernando
Thanks for the quick answer, Fernando. It’s not the integration with shortcodes i’m worried about but the conflicts it might give with javascript libraries. I have expierenced problems before with themes and plugins. The alternative is not realy what i’m looking for. I need a real drawn route on a Google map just like CM Map Routes does. But thanks anyway.
regards Fons
Hello,
I recently installed SSL to my website. I get a Mixed Content warning message for the company logo images. Can you tell me where I can edit the HTTP url link of this image? Other than that, it seems to be working fine. Only the one for loading company logos/images.

Pre-sale question:
Is there a way to make the listings appear in order of join/creation date?
Example: 5 paid members in the ‘Restaurant’ category – 2 are featured and 3 are regular. I would like the featured listing member who signed up first to always appear first in the featured listings order. Same for regular members.
Hi free2code!
Sorry for the delay! Hope you are doing well!
At this time Listings are displayed in order of creation. When it comes to Featured listings, they will be displayed at the top of the results page in order of creation. With the newest featured listings at the top. After all featured listings, regular listings are displayed in order of creation as well with newer listings being displayed at the top and older listings at the bottom.
You can add an additional sort feature using the FacetWP plugin since there is no setting by default. This will allow for older listings to be displayed at the top.
Hope this helps!
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!
Kind regards,
Fernando
Hey Guys,
This last update has the selected tags icons not showing, just showing 1 icon for every tag.
Howard
You also said you would allow us to choose the colour of the Favourites heart icon, what happened?
We will release an update today that will resolve this issue and any other issues we find today.
You can edit the heart icon color using custom CSS. in the future the design of the heart with change to something along these lines.
Cheers! Adam
Hey Adam,
Thank you for the responses, the updated future heart/like is looking good, thanks.
Another feature or update would be to separate the content boxes, I like the ultra dark look of the cards, but on the listing page, I would like the content boxes to have the lighter colour, so can you look into that as well?
Howard
Hi, How is the best way to handle events with Listify now? I might come back to using it if I can do events too.
Hey, events is not supported yet, out of the box.
Cheers! Adam
Hello. Thanks for the update. But this release leaves an HTTP 500 internal error when trying to customize.
I’ve disabled all plugins and tried with the default Wordpress theme and it seems that its’ related to this new update.
I changed nothing. No new plugins or whatever just installing the last version of Listify yesterday. And when clicking on customize : boom an HTTP 500 Internal Error page.
Hi there!
Would you be able to email spencer[at]astoundify.com he can have a better look at this issue for you!
Cheers! Fernando
Juste done. I will publish the solution if it’s coming from the update or a plugin conflict
I’ve seen this error a few times, usually because the customer is not using the latest version of WordPress, or the issue is coming from the WC Vendors plugin or Event Calender Pro plugin.
Cheers! Adam
Thanks i solved the issue by removing all the files and resinstalling it via filezilla
Hi, is there any demo page to see how the theme is working with woocommerce booking plugin?
Hi there!
We do not have a demo that has the Woocommerce Bookings plugin at this moment but we will be working on a demo website that will focus using the WooCommerce Bookings plugin. For now, I can recommend you have a look at the plugins documentation and use cases to get a feel of how it works.
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!
Kind regards,
Fernando
