I recently updated to the latest version of Core, but my homepage gallery stopped working in Chrome. I tried submitting a support ticket, but it said my code expired (which is probably right, since I bought it four years ago). Do I need to go back to a previous version of the theme, or is there a fix for it?

My support is expired, which I guess makes sense since I’ve had this theme for four years. I’m sure you can understand how I’d rather not almost buy the theme again to pay for support when it’s been working fine for years though. If I need to just roll back the version, let me know.
i boght this fantastic theme yesterday and i had 3 questions: 1) how can i update core for 4.5.3 Wordpress? i update wordpress, but can / shall i update core theme? 2. i want a slider as startscreen like your example, but i want that each pic linked to a gallery (which is also in tne menü above) for exampel pic 1 “Portrait” klick on it => open galery portraits etc.) I linked the pics (set link in galery) , but it dosnt work and 3. is ot possible to add a facebook like button below the galerie or something? thank u verry much! i nee quick help for question 2 please!

1. Yes you can but please make sure you also have the latest version of theme.
2. Sorry, it needs a custom modification. This type of customization is a bit more complex and is not covered under normal theme support.

Short Question, i noticed that Imageflow Galery shows always the third image as selected (large) when galery loads. Can i change this somerwhere in the code?

I have a issues with the theme. For some reason the Galleries f-mode is creating duplicate title tag with the original gallery. Please advise on how to disable the full screen feature and to stop the duplicate title.

I already bought the theme 2yrs ago and after updating to the newest versions of the theme and wordpress image flow stopped working >> Gallery is not loading!
I debugged it and found the following error:

I have 3 problems that I would like to solve:
1. I installed the plug in Gravity Forms ( http://www.gravityforms.com/ ) – a plugin to create forms. It’s working perfectly except for every time I want to delete a field. I tried deactivating all my other plugins but they were not the problem. I tried changing the theme and had no problem deleting fields. I contacted Gravity Forms support and they told me to ask you to “ change how Theme Goods load their scripts, so the scripts are only included on pages which need them because including scripts on pages which don’t need them can cause JavaScript errors” which is currently causing the fields to not be deleted properly when I try to use the plugin. Could you help me with this? I am currently using the version 5.5.3 from Core.
2. I have not been able to make the sidebar from the pages work. I tried including “blog” and “contact” and nothing appears on the page. How can I fix this?
3. For some reason, I am unable to change the fonts in my them since I deactivated/activated it. It sends me here - https://fonts.google.com/ and to activate fonts it seems I have to do this: “To embed your selected fonts into a webpage, copy this code into the <head> of your HTML document. ” which I still don’t understand. how I can solve this?
It would also be great if I could solve how to submit private tickets with my purchase code as I purchased the extended support to do so

I read all the threads for the imageFlowXML.php, contacted my server and they said my file was fine… it had been working since the day I bought it, but it seems that the upgrade of wordpress has something to do with it, also it doesn’t work when I upgrade to the latest version of Core… any advise would be helpful here.

Core theme is already support responsive layout
in the life preview their is just a very unstylish menu, if you resize the page or if you take a look at the page on a phone. Also the position of menu is failing and it’s not working at some point. Is it different on the sales-version. I may send you some screenshots if you like… but it’s not possible here!
if you resize the browser the headline also changes into a no-good looking position… and the core design is lost! 
Different in the sales-version or will there be an update?!?
