Hello, I have imported the demo data.. But The content blocks didn’t show up. And i am trying to create my own content block but there is no visual composer option while trying to create a new content block. Help please.

It seems you have lost the very first steps of our documentation, if you don’t have Content Block is because at the time you have imported demo contents you have not activated the required Uncode Core plugin, and if you don’t have Visual Composer when you create it’s just the step 7 of the installation procedure: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/wordpress-installation/

Hello there! This is an amazing template and appreciate all the work that went into it. Although I have a question regarding the “Lateral Menu”. Currently with the Lateral Menu if you have sub pages listed underneath a landing page and you click the landing page the sub pages will appear below. This is all fine but when you click the landing page and the subpages appear you don’t actually go anywhere on the site you are just viewing the subpages listed (you would have to click once more to go to the actual landing page). I was hoping to find a way so when you click a landing page it will go to that page and then show the subpages. Please let me know if this is possible within the template or if there a piece of code I can insert on the back end of things. Thank you! Larissa

Hmm not quite the issue. So lets say my menu has three items, “Home”, “About” and “Services”. Under the page “Services” I have three subpages, Service A, Service B and Service C. If a viewer is on the homepage and clicks “Services” the sub menu which shows service A B and C will appear but the viewer stays on the home page. If the viewer clicks “services” one more time they will go to the “Services” landing page. What I was hoping for is when the viewer is on the home page and clicks “Services” it will take the viewer to the landing page without having to click “services” again. So in short anything on the menu that has subpages I would like to click it once and be directed to the desired page instead of clicking twice to go to the page.

Hello, in the product image gallery which is below the main product image, picture dimension take the original ratio. Therefore, images are not aligned. is there a way to “crop” all images thumb in the product gallery as for 180×180 for example ? I have changed the dimension in woorcomerce display options but it is not affected. seems like encode CSS is taking over. Any idea I can have thumbs the same size ? Thanks Marc.

Hi, So I love this theme and think y’all have done a great job. The only thing I am concerned about is I updated the theme and the plugins, and there still seems to be a problem with using a Mac trackpad to swipe back a page. Do you happen to know when this problem will be fixed.

Does the shop allow digital downloads or can it be modified easily? Would it also be easy ti implement new shape section dividers.

quick question… How do i change the shop image dimensions to square? i’ve changed it in woocom. settings but doesn’t change anything and i can’t find it in theme settings. I don’t wanna do this in the inappropriate way so a little point in the right direction would be appreciated!

I have a question about the navigation. I disabled navigation border and shadows but sometimes a black vertical line appears. I have no idea what is causing the line.. Is this a bug?
Sometimes the line is just there or it will appear when I resize the browser window.

I was wondering if Avada allows for a couple of menus in header. One would be to navigate the website that hides when scrolling down and the other appears to jump between section within the same page. Or does it allow you to have the regular website menu and that extra jump-to-section links.

That is exactly what I mean but would it be possible to have them both shown. I know the sections menu is for one-page websites. But in this case I need to create long multiple pages.

Yes, you can. You just need to create the second menu and activate it so it shows on the top.
One last question does it come with different shape dividers?

Hey guys, I’ve been trying and searching on this for a long time and cannot figure it out: how do I create a clickable (linked) cover image with text overlayed on it? The effect I want is as on your Blog Creative page, however I don’t want this just for posts; I want to be able to create page cover images with a full size image, with a title and subheading, all of which is clickable and animates on hover. If this feature exists, can you point me to it? And if not, is there a way to custom build it in Visual Composer? Thank you for any help!

Can we build a header content block with the composer like http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/classic-business/ but instead of defining the slide content, it should be a carousel of (the latest) posts. This would be our header for the posts overview page.
