I really value the quality of code and options to optimise performance.
I initially experienced an activation issue and left a lower rating, but the support team responded quickly, reset the license, and explained the staging domain process clearly. Everything is now working smoothly on my live site.
The theme is visually outstanding and very flexible once you get used to its structure. Performance has improved with recent updates, and the support was fast and helpful, which is just as important as the product itself.

One of the best designed themes around!
I like the theme, but there are a lot of flaws. Customization is difficult, and I had to hardcode half of the things to achieve what I needed — even though similar features are already built into alternative themes. The structure of the internal settings isn’t logical; sometimes it’s really hard to find what you need, and you end up using trial and error because it’s unclear what exactly the author meant by certain options. Overall, it’s a good theme, but it feels kind of “unfinished.”

We’re sorry your experience with Uncode wasn’t as smooth as expected. You opened one ticket in our Help Center regarding a specific block issue, but we didn’t receive a follow-up, so it’s hard to understand exactly which options seemed unclear. Without a clear logic, it would be impossible to build the demos and features Uncode offers.
Uncode has been developed and refined for over 10 years. While it offers many design and customization options, it can feel overwhelming at first if not approached as described in the documentation. Once familiar with its logic, it becomes much more intuitive.
