how can I export the theme option? I can’t put online the site because i can’t find te export theme option section. Where is it? I also try tu open a ticket support but I can’t create an account on your panel support because I can’t set the password for my account. I don’t know why. I need to put mi site online in fast. What is the solution? Thanks

We do not have theme option export in our Red Art theme. For moving the site from local to server, please use the duplicator plugin from the following link. There is a youtube video explaining the full functionality of the plugin.

Hello! I Installed the theme (ver. 1.2), I installed the plugins, but the plugin manager says “DesignThemes Core Features Plugin” is not activated because i need to update it from version 1.1 to 1.2. When i try to update, it tells me the update was succesfull, but again in the manager says it’s not activated and need to update. I tryied to delete all the plugins (both from manager ad FTP), i check the permission of the plugin folder (755) and tryied to reinstall just DesignTheme core, but all the time i get the update error… is there a solution? The theme is almost a fresh install (i tryed another theme before red art, but i made almost anything, not even 1 plugin installed)... thanks!

Your PHP memory limit, execution time, upload size may be set too low. Please check that your server has following limits else contact your hosting support to do so.
a) Latest version of WordPress 4.3 or higher installed,
b) PHP5 or higher and MySQL 5 or higher,
c) We recommend to enable mod_rewrite module (If not enabled sometimes pages or posts will result in bad gateway error),
d) Memory limit(memory_limit) should be at-least 128MB,
e) Maximum File Upload size(upload_max_filesize) should be at-least 128MB.
f) max_execution_time equal to 600.
g) max_input_vars equal to 5000.
h) post_max_size equal to 64M.

This may occurs because of corrupt files while installing theme so If you customize any code , please take a backup and install theme again.
