hello. our websites was working okay until the latest update came. the homepage was fine, but all model pages etc – all models details and photos vanished. tried everything but nothing worked.
After updating theme you need to install “Talent Agency” plugin.

Try to install fresh theme and go to :Gilda Options > One click demo. You will get dummy posts and pages like my demo later you can modify it as per your needs.

1. Talent Agency Plugin: which works as same like earlier but just moved the Model details generator into plugin.
2. Kaya Roles Manager: Where you can give permissions to the users baed on the roles like Post creation and limit, This is mainly used when you want to restrict the post and images uploading by users.
3. Kaya CLient Admin theme: which is simple admin theme for clients who logged in as user.
4. Social Sharing Icons: which same functionality like earlier but moved into plugin.

I have a problem. When a model is booked only the admin gets an email. The model does not get an email. And who do i know with account is linked to with model profile? And can you make the Unique Model code autogenerated because if a user is creating a profile it does not gen a unique code?
can you a link to the account from with the model profile was created to be visible only to the admin?
We just checked our demo by creating one user as model and booked him, and see the he receive email.

The molde/user must be registered and use email while registering, then only the booking information email is sent to the model email id as a copy.
If you create model from admin side how can the model gets an email??? no way.
can you please register a user on my website and create a profile. after that book the model you created and see that you dont get email and you dont get unique id.

Now some things:
1) A confirmation email of a new model registered should also be send to administrator (not only the confirmation of the registration to the model). The administrator has to be informed when a new model is registered on the portal/page. Is it possible that the administrator get a copy of the registration mail?
2) It is very important for us that every model has generell his own contact formular tab in the profile... If a client send them Model a Mail then we have to get a copy of this mail (in cc).3) The video upload field in the user profile editor is not needed. And there are three text input field in the profile editor. We only need one field where the model can describe hisself and where the text is displayed automatically centered in the tab…not 3 Biography field … do you know how we can change this?

I need the widget “Gilda – Portfolio Page” to be 1 column. Currently, the dropdown allow me to select 2 to 6 column. May you add this option or tell me which PHP/JS file I may edit by myself?
We strongly suggest you do not make it 1 column as it will stretch images and will not look good.
If you still want then go to “plugins/kaya-page-widgets/inc/widgets/portfolio.php” you can make this widget as per your needs, but your file will be overwrite once the update is done.
I want to use it in a sidebar, so I need 1 column
I’d like to report bugs I found:
- Shortlist Booking Form: Post Code field won’t disappear, if label is empty, like all other fields do.
- Appearance > Customize > Shortlist Booking Form > Select Date format Type is ignored in Booking Form, as date fields will always show date in mm/dd/yy format; furthermore, datepicker is always in English.
we fixed this bug and updated theme in themforest, you can download it and update your theme. Let us know if you still see the issue.

Where all the users can fill the model data like Name, Age etc from site front end, no need to go wordpress dashboard and fill the form, this is the big achievement from us, all the data entered here is stored in the back end database like normal posts right now how the admin create Models posts.
1-B . Shortlist Add-on for Talent Agency:
Where complete short list functionality is included.
1-C . Social Sharing Add-on for Talent Agency
Model single post social sharing functionality is included in this plugin.
Future Addons:
1-a . Become a Model Frontend Form Add-on for Talent Agency:
Where logged in users can fill the “Become a Model” form and send it, all the data is stored in database and the admin can review and accept it, the post it will not be displayed until the admin accept and publish it.
1.b . Contact Talent Form Add-on for Talent Agency:
Where you can enable the function to contact the Model directly using the form which is displayed on the talent (Model) single page, a CC of the form is sent to site admin.
2. Membership Level access to the site:
We have gone through the plugin called “Paid Membership Pro” which will give all the function what we thought to be included, so we decided to use this plugin and create few Add-ons to achieve our requirements.
What are we going to achieve here:
Right now are we are providing 3 Subscription levels:
1. Free
2. Premium
3. Premium Pro.
If as user subscribe as “Free” then he/she will be able to create/edit/delete single talent profiles, this can be controlled from backend, but you already have an options to change the roles like Edit, Modify, Delete and publish.
If a user subscribe as a “Premium” they will be able to create/edit/delete Multiple talent Profiles and can publish the profiles directly no need to wait until the admin accept it. This roles also can be controlled from admin dashboard what permission to be given to this user.
If a user subscribe as “Premium Pro” then they will be able to create/edit/delete posts but they can not create Talent Profiles, here also all the roles can be controlled from dashboard.
Right now are adding only 2 CPTs, Talent and Projects but in future we are going to add more like,
Casting Directors, Talent Agents, Directory Listings.
We are working on this as hard as possible please provide us your suggestion and feedback on above what I have discussed.

I have a few questions which are very important for my project with your theme. I really hope that you can help me again.
1) I need to put in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) in the Members Login Register Formular Do you know previously when you find a solution?
2) For the Model Profil Formular and the Model Booking Formular: where can we change or delete empty fields (i mean fields that i did not need/use -> in my case for example we dont need the video upload fields in the Model Profil Formular) and how to put new fields in the formular, and where can we change the design, Fontcolour/Size in the Model Profil Formular?
3) How can i generate individuel new fields or put in widgets in the model portfolio tab / model profil site? Because i want that every model has his own Contactformular. This formular should be directly in the model profil under Portfolio or in a extra Tab so that the clients can go to a model profil an write them for the first contact easily one to one via this contactformular and i want a copy in BCC of that first request. We need a contactformular where the client can get in touch directly with the model via formular)
4) We dont need these +/- mark stuff. Possible to put it out?
5) The search function in my gilda theme didn’t work… do you know why?

1. Right now there is no option, We are going to add it in future updates.
2. Upload panels controlling is not available, please note that we are separating the Upload panels as plugin called “Talent Agency” where you will have an options to hide/show the needed panels.
For controlling booking options, go to “Model Shortlist Section > Shortlist Booking Form ” where you have an options, just make the the text field empty if you do not need it.
3. There is model contact form, we are planing to make it as separate plugin.
4. Already have an option in “Model SHortlist Section > Model Shortlist Settings > Disable Shortlist” just use check box.
5. It should work like my demo, we will check it out if you can provide us the url of your site.

kayapati hello , we would like that the profile ” users” , for us the agencies, can publish / edit several model profile via the website interface , for now they are authorized to edit / create only one model profile , if they want to publish more they have to connect to their wordpress admin interface
Another thing, we would like too that agencies can also create a profile page like for models but with different caracteristics , is this possible? any 3rd party plug in ?

Please help us I think about to buy a license from your Gilda Theme, but finally i have some questions for the theme possibilities.
1) We want that the model can register themselves in the registration formular. The should generate directly their profile (with uploading Photos) in this registration formular so that i only have to confirm the profil in the dashboard or admin center…. is this possible?
2) Is it possible to link the GTB general terms and General Terms and Conditions in the registration formular, that the models have to confirm the GTC before they could send the registration?
3) Do you offer also Payment Providers for subscribers? Or could you recommend a Payment Provider?

1. Right now user can register and create portfolio post which will be displayed on the front page once the admin accept it.
2. NO, right now there is no option like that, we considered it and will add it.
3. Right now there is no payment options, but we are working on a add on plugin for “Paid Membership pro” where users can select the membership level and register as per their plan by paying the amount, the CPTs access it given based on the levels.
1. Suppose if the User select a “FREE” membership level the are redirected to a CPT where they can create only one Profile.
2. If the register as Agent then redirected to a CPT where they can create multiple profiles and publish themselves, the do not need to wait the admin accept the profile.
We are working in this deeply so it will take 2 months to complete all the functionalities.
