Hello, After a recent update, I found out that the logo has disappeared (in all browsers). I also updated all the plugins. Then, I read through the comments here and noticed a few similar messages. What could be the reason for that? Thank you in advance!

How does this site work with multi language website. So if I have 4 languages, that would mean 4 different websites? I do not want to use a language auto translator.

The7 is fully compatible with WPML for creating multilingual sites.
Other option is (as you said) to create 4 different subsites (1 theme license will cover all 4 in this case).

We are talking about beautiful loading, right?
You can upload your logo to media gallery, retrieve a path to it and then insert it as a custom preloader image using <img src="path_to_your_logo" /> code.
If we are talking about image placeholders, you can do it by writing custom CSS.
If you are familiar with CSS editing, you can use FireBug (FireFox plugin for web-developers) or Chrome web developer tools to define which style should be changed and where. Here’s an awesome screencast by WooThemes on how to use it: http://vimeo.com/20917974.

I’m afraid there is no easy way to transfer site from first generation of theme to v.3 
It basically is updating theme; setting theme options (we advice to use Wizard to get close to desired design fast and then fine-tune everything in advanced Theme Options); going through your content and fixing issues (if there are any).
Another option is to contact guys at our Custom Shop: http://custom.dream-theme.com – they have performed many upgrades (so they can do it fast and therefore cheap).
Thanks for the quick response. Just wondering about our last question, as changing the theme folder name and/or the style.css seems to cause significant problems especially with the CSS. How can this be remedied?
Sorry, overlooked it. By changing your theme name and folder you are making it essentially a different theme (for WordPress). Therefore it will reset all theme options to default. You may also need to hit the “Save Options” button in order to re-generate dynamic CSS from options.

When creating new events, is there a way to sort them into categories so that there is an easy way for the customer to see if there are multiple departures for the same event/tour? For example if they click on the event for “July 7th-10th” departure, from the same page can I add something that will show “Other departures” e.g. Aug 8th-12th, Sep 9-13th, etc… without them having to go back to view the entire calendar?

Hello, I am interested in buying this theme, I have seen it on other wordpress sites of friends. I have a question though about the theme:
I would like the blog single post pages to have a background image (or video), but the content area needs to have a white semi-transparent background. Otherwise the single blog post page content will not be readable if it is on top of a video or image. Is this possible to do with your theme?

No… I want one background image on all pages/posts/etc, but I would like the pages/posts/etc content area to have a white semi-transparent background… I have had some themes where you put a background image behind content area, but the text,etc is hard to read and does not have ability to put a color (or transparent color) behind the content but above the background image.
This is totally doable via Theme Options.
However, please note that video backgrounds are not supported out of the box. I’m sure there are some plugins tho enable them, however I recommend you not to do so: they make your pages very slow and almost unusable.

HI, quick question I see that when you upgrade the WP to latest version also Visual composer is not working any more. Will i lost any data or any setting if I go and update the theme which should also influence the component and after that everything should work ? I am just about to go live with page so I don’t want to take any risk.
