hello, I’m a bit desperate …. I just bought your theme for Wordpress and the sidebar are not working (when I set them they are not displayed on my page) Help please!

I will not renew support at this stage, I already purchased the theme, the flag can’t be removed due to an issue in the theme and you are supposed to fix it as this is part of the main functionality that is coming with the initial price and it is not conditional to the support.

I am getting very frustrated with ‘SUPPORT’. 2 days ago I reported a problem with the skins not working … 2 days i’ve received the wrong advice to fix it. They’re NOT addressing the problem. Thought I’d try posting it here. AGAIN: I have 4 colors set under skins .. Primary-a blue, Secondary-a green, Tertiary-an orange, and Quaternary-a grey. EVERYTHING IS ONLY SHOWING UP AS PRIMARY. It’s ALSO AFFECTING THE CONTROLS FOR BUTTONS .. the settings I choose do not change the buttons. IT’S ALSO AFFECTING THE PRICING TABLES .. I set them up with 2 different colors .. the first 2 were blue and the 2nd 2 were orange … NOW THE FIRST AND THIRD ARE BLUE, and the 2ND AND 4TH HAVE NO COLOR ASSOCIATED. When I set them up, they all looked correct … now they do not.

I’ve updated the theme to the most recent version I’ve installed and configured W3 Total Cache and cleared the cache of my browser and ‘empty all caches’ with W3TC.

I gave PORTO a 5 star rating and I’m about ready to drop it to a 1 because ‘SUPPORT’ is NOT SUPPORTING. ANY help?

please check Optimal Server Requirements For Theme:

• Server Type: Linux with cPanel ( Bluehost hosting Recommended ) • PHP version = 5.4 or greater • Apache = 2.2 or greater • MySQL = 5.5 or greater • PHP Memory Limit = 256mb • PHP max_execution_time = 600 seconds • mod_rewrite Apache module = Enabled

If you are installing through WordPress Theme section, make sure your PHP Upload File Size limit is 40MB, since the theme .zip file is around 40MB

Please make sure all above settings are correct on your server, before complaining about theme issues. You can contact your web hosting company.

Got it, Sorry Porto do not have this feature. And We have not tested this plugin yet with our theme and its not possible to guarantee 3rd party plugins for us. So we think that if plugin is coded perfectly it should work with any WooCommerce theme. You can also confirm from the plugin author. This is the best info we can provide at this stage. This theme is very beautiful and I love it. But I find it a bit difficul to set up my own theme because the documentation is pretty poor. There’re no video for me to follow and you guys even don’t create a specific instruction, I had read it thoroughly but I still can’t figure out the way. Can you help me !! please

After updatingI have little problem with custom blocks, I prepared blocks for cart and checkout page But at this pages they became visible as at sidebar (Which I prefer) and also at bottom (Which come from latestupdate) here is example: https://jsumo.com/cart/

Hello, I would like to ask about “wp-content/temp-write-test-1468529566” files.

when activating the porto theme, starting to generate “temp-write-test-xxxxxxxxxx” files each time I clicking links or reloading(F5) no matter if logged or not.

return to wordpress stock theme, no “temp-write-test” files are generated anymore.

it’s very annoying to see these files are generating each http request.

is that normal or not?

update: I checked wordpress stock theme to more detail. “temp-write-test” files are generated when accessing plugin tab (both installed plugins, add new tabs) & settings/general tab. but not whole admin area or web page.

Hello.. I can not remove Main Menu from sidebar. I have disabled “Show Main Menu in Sidebar” for actual header type 1 and also disabled menu settings for each page.

Forget about this.. I just removed it from the sidebar position in menu settings. All ok now.

Hello, I have tried changing to different Header Types in Theme Options > Header > Header Type, and clicking on Save, but the header type does not change, it still shows the default header type. what should i do?

Hello, I would like to know if Porto is compatible with Duracell Tomi’s Google Tag Manager plugin. That plugin tracks automatically Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce actions. To do so, it uses classes and IDs name of basic woocommerce StoreFront theme. In order to work properly with Porto, it asks to follow the same naming convention as StoreFront. I set custom tab number as 3. The first tab disappears on back end after I update to 3.02. But it is still visible on front end.

I just update it locally before I update my online store. My online store is still on version 2.85. And I made a fresh install again locally for version 3.02. It is still same. Only 2 custom tabs available although I set the custom tab number 3.
