If you zoom out really far you can see the logo is placed in the wrong coordinates – verify that you have the marker coordinates to same as your center point lat & lng. If you can’t get it please open a ticket in regards with your admin credentials at https://themenectar.ticksy.com

Has something happened to the visual composer? I am running version 7.0.6. Page builder is not working and you can’t add any shortcodes form visual elements menu. Is this now a paid plugin that has to be purchased separately?

The only version of Salient that is compatible with the latest WP is Salient 7.0.9, and the only version of Salient Visual Composer that is compatible with WP 4.5 is 4.11.2. If you’re using older versions of these and have updated to WP 4.5, your visual composer will not work.
Once you’ve updated Salient, head to the plugins section of your admin panel to update Visual Composer. If you’re having issues after using both the current versions, check for third party plugin issues – WP 4.5 added a new version of jQuery and a lot of plugins broke because of it.

Having a strange one, all my posts are still in the WordPress backend, however, they have suddenly stopped displaying on the blog page itself?

No settings have changed as far as I’m aware?
Any ideas?

Can you please tell me how I can remove the woocommerce tabs from beneath the add to cart button.
I’d like to reorder the tabs so that they appear under the product title and ratings.
I’ve added an image below to show you what I mean.

But I haven’t been able to remove it from the spot you’ve currently got it placed.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
By the way I’m using a child theme. It seems i can comment out the lines in the functions.php of the parent theme but that’s not my preference as it will be overwritten in future salient updates.

When using the Ascend theme the Cart Menu Icon is on the very far right hand side i.e. right:0px.
Is there any way to align the cart menu icon with the right hand side of the body content. For example when the search magnifying glass is added it aligns directly with the right margin for the content below it. Can we do the same with the add to cart option?

Love your theme! I purchased this theme as my previous one wasn’t up to scratch compared to this, however I do have a slight problem. I installed the theme and dummy data all correctly but the icons (search & basket icon) aren’t appearing properly and instead a square is showing, have you got a solution?
I’ve already deactivated and deleted all the extra plugins that I have but still no luck. Hope it can be a quick fix.

Hi! I recently purchased your salient theme and I have a little problem about the nectar slider. I put 2 nectar slider (one under the other) in rows. But I can’t remove the white space that was created in between the 2 sliders. Is there a way to remove that white space?

If you’re on a current version of Salient you can add the key into the map.js file in the js folder. The line to mod should be near line 589 of the file – $.getScript(‘https://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false&callback=mapAPI_Loaded'); will become $.getScript(‘https://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false&key=APIKEYHERE&callback=mapAPI_Loaded'); The next update will add an input for users to add the key in the admin panel

There was a problem with the code snippet
It also changed the color of the menu text, not just the animated underline.
We would like the transparent header color on hover to behave the same way as it does on the non-transparent header. Hope this helps
