1-) All the part of the theme has been created through the use of shortcodes in the Visual Composer. There are available both color options and location for each of the shortcodes.
2-) There is hidden/Show option for each elements in the header area and also color options as well.

I have a requirement where I want to give a 3D rotation effect on the product using some jquery. For this purpose I would have to insert the following code in the page or frontend section of the home page. Would this theme allow to insert the following code in the admin. Please suggest

Not sure you understood my point, it is not about inserting the jquery in the file, it is about adding an html with jquery from admin in page or widget. Will your theme allow adding the jquery in the pages, i hope it won’t strip it from there.
