I’m building a client site with Aurum & ran into an odd problem in /wp-admin: The All Pages page results in a 500 error but only when Aurum is enabled. If I switch back to Twenty Fifteen the error does not appear so it’s definitely related to Aurum.
Creating pages and editing them (by clicking the Edit Page link on the front end) works but obviously we need the All Pages issue resolved.
The only plugins active on the site right now are: Jetpack, MainWP Child, Ninja Forms & Shortpixel image optimizer. When I disabled the plugins and tried to go to All Pages, this error appeared:
`Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_field() in /home/website/public_html/vootu/wp-content/themes/aurum/inc/laborator_functions.php on line 693`
Clearly, the issue is with Aurum – how can we fix this?

2 more q- in variable products, the dropdown menu with the different options has a different font than the menu title(Choose an option), it looks like the default browser font. can i ensure the drop down uses the same font?
when i selected demo 2 (video) the icon of the cart was different after going to the shop. How do i know it will be the same icon through all the pages?

We wanted to show Jewelry demo more minimal, you can enable the Cart icon on the Theme options
Aurum doesn’t offer Quick View for the moment.
2—The dropdown menu will have the same font that is set on the Theme Options.
b) Those are separate demos and we have changed the icon on that page (see image that i attached).

You need to use WPML plugin and Currency Switcher to do that.

thanks, looking great! one small note, on the desktop version, the variants drop down menu has the default browser font, i assume it can be set in the setting to have the same font as the rest of the theme.

- In “Footer”, the “Footer left” field isn’t recognized by WPML, so we can’t translate it. Thus if we write “All rights reserved” it doesn’t show anywhere in WPML manager.
- In “Shop Settings”, when we set “how many products per row you want to display” – 5 columns doesn’t work.

We don’t offer those files.
To translate or rename theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don’t have it, please install and activate the plugin in your WordPress site.
- Then go to Loco Translate > Manage Translations
- Click “New Language” for the current active theme (if you didn’t created it yet, otherwise ignore this step). On the new language page, choose these options – Screenshot
- After that you will be redirected to the editing screen for theme translations. Before you continue with your translations make sure the current language of your site is selected – Screenshot
- Follow these instructions to learn how to translate strings – Screenshot
- The changes will be applied immediately – Screenshot
Note: Translation files will be saved to wp-content/themes/{theme-name}/languages folder or global directory of theme translations: wp-content/languages/themes/ (based on your choice).
If you have saved your translations inside theme folder, always save a backup of languages/ folder (inside the theme) when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced with an empty folder), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit or Envato Market plugin. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure
Important: After you update the theme please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

On a new website I am developing (http://familysurfing.co.uk/) the products show as 4 or 6 products per row on a desktop display. But when I view the website on an iPad or tablet in portrait mode (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1024px) the site is only showing 1 product per row and seems like the other products are getting pushed down. I want it to at least show 2 products per row but I can’t work out what is wrong with on this website on a tablet/responsive view.

You are probably trying to upload the main file that you downloaded from themeforest, you must extract that file and then upload aurum.zip on the themes section of WordPress.

I am having trouble with my quantities and prices changing on the the checkout page based on Variations/Attributes. As you can see from the screenshot below, the left hand side shows the desired quantity and size, but the quantity on the right hand side doesn’t change, and the price doesn’t change to reflect the quantity. You can also see that on the top left it states I only have 2 items in the cart.
I have looked for a resolution on the support pages for woocommerce and have found nothing to help.
If you need any more information, I will gladly supply it.

Aurum Search returns format page is lacking appeal, the tabs look great but the search returns, not so much. Can the search results be formatted into a grid format, is there an option? Searches are presented left justified to the page just makes it seem like the CSS collapsed, it would look great if they were in grid pattern within each tab.
