Hi, how to switch to fashion store layerslider. I have deleted other irrelevant sample slider but the original fashions store slider is not showing on my homepage. Also tell how to remove demo content from homepage tab

I am having trouble with my quantities and prices changing on the the checkout page based on Variations/Attributes. As you can see from the screenshot below, the left hand side shows the desired quantity and size, but the quantity on the right hand side doesn’t change, and the price doesn’t change to reflect the quantity. You can also see that on the top left it states I only have 2 items in the cart.

I have looked for a resolution on the support pages for woocommerce and have found nothing to help.

If you need any more information, I will gladly supply it.

Aurum Search returns format page is lacking appeal, the tabs look great but the search returns, not so much. Can the search results be formatted into a grid format, is there an option? Searches are presented left justified to the page just makes it seem like the CSS collapsed, it would look great if they were in grid pattern within each tab.

Hi, I have installed the theme installed fashion store demo and activated all theme plugins but having problem with layer slider this message is appearing while opening my website “LayerSlider encountered a problem while it tried to show your slider. Please make sure that you’ve used the right shortcode or method to insert the slider, and check if the corresponding slider exists and it wasn’t deleted previously.” please help

Hello, i tried to install WPML but when i get this error on the Homepage:

Call to a member function save_to_cache() on null in /web/htdocs/www.whatifstore.it/home/sito/wp-content/plugins/wpml-string-translation/inc/wpml-string-translation.class.php on line 161??

By installing WPML I also can’t anymore access the page:

wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page

?Hi, I purchased Aurum last August 2015. My support is already expired, and when I clicked the “Renew Support Now” link, it goes to the page but there’s no link to renew the support.

Do I need to renew the Aurum Theme also for another year or just the support?

Hi, it turns out there is a plugin that is causing the problem. the plugin is called “SEO Friendly Images for WP”, i will also let them know that there is something causing issues.

I have purchased this theme but I have some troubles installing it. I installed the jewelery demo version but not all of it looks right (www.caro-faktur.de).

Some questions about it: Why are the products not shown as grid tiles? Why does the footer look differently than in the demo and why in specific is there a search field? And what is that bar on the right?

Hi, for some reason after updating to your latest theme, when I go to the products page of my site – I see a number of products repeated (and some are not even visible): goo.gl/7n1RUU

When I try the default wordpress theme – the issue goes away and it is bringing me to the conclusion that your latest theme is causing the problem. When I was on the previous version there were no issues.

Apparently there is much confusion around the Ubermenu and it’s integration. I believe that by now you should include fully documented instructions and not leave it to your customers to discover the hard way. In so many replies you state that by simply disabling the ubermenu skin that the mega menu will automatically work and display exactly like your demo which is simple untrue. Also, you should probably make it more clear in the theme description that an extra premium plugin is required. It’s so common among the users questions which proves that you havent pointed it out clear enough.

I would like to ask that you give a detailed set of instructions on how to implement the ubermenu to look exactly like your demo.

Hi, my proceed to checkout page doesn’t work anymore. If you go to the cart icon and then to ‘Bekijk winkelmandje’ we can’t go to ‘Bestelling betalen’. The button doesn’t work. Is there a solution for this problem? Otherwise we can’t get any orders from customers.

Hi Ylli, I don’t need the support to solve the problem, because it’s something in the theme that doesn’t work. So please fix it in the theme so I can upgrade to the fixt version.

You are using an old version of our theme (2.9.2) and the latest version for the moment is (2.9.3), please update theme first and then the premium plugins too.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)

Important: After you update the theme please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

Quick Question: with the new update (2.9.3) I noticed on my shop page that the image for the product used to be clickable and link to the individual product page, now there is no link. Is this an error on my web store or is this part of the new update?
