I’ve looked through your tickets.
Regarding Slider Revolution. Our staff asked you to test the slider with another theme activated (or give her accesses to your admin panel) not because of a “ritual”, but because from 40 000 buyers nobody reported the issue before. Though this plugin issue is outside the scope of support, she wanted to investigate it (she suspected that there was some sort of misconfiguration that prevented the slider from working properly).
Regarding buttons responsiveness. You’ve used oversized font size for buttons. Our staff provided you the custom CSS media query code to address the issue on that button. The same code would work for other buttons if you add selectors for them. Again, this ticket was a customization request (which is out outside the scope of theme support).
Another issue surfaced during my investigation. I cannot ignore the manner you communicated to our support engineers. I’m afraid I have to suspend your access to our help-desk. Sorry, but we will not be able to provide you any further support.

That is absolutely absurd. Here you are attacking a customer and suspending support which was PART OF THE SALE and GUARANTEED. Absolutely ridiculous. I will take this up with Themeforest for a full theme refund. Once a CUSTOMER pays for your theme, professionally, at a minimum – you should provide the promised support. You want me to trust your incompetent people to log in to the back end of my site when I can’t even trust your COMPANY to provide the support I already paid for in purchasing your theme for my client? That is complete and utter hubris. If you don’t like my attitude, that’s one thing – however, it is completely unprofessional to suspend support without providing me some sort of financial refund. Unprofessional behavior essentially summarizes The7. Never had this issue with a theme like Udesign. Their team are competent, helpful pros.
Just contacted Envato for a partial refund. At a minimum, I should be be partially refunded for the theme, as it is supposed to include support and you just failed to honor that contract. I cannot ask for a full refund because I must now keep this theme as a whole website was built for a client around The7.

I tried to keep it as civilized as possible and avoided quoting things you were saying to our support engineers. But enough is enough. Support is a matter of mutual respect between a buyer and an author. We will not continue to provide support to a person who abuses this service and allows himself to say things like “Are you fucking kidding me?”
Regarding refund. Please refer to Envato refund policy and a scope of support expected from authors. All your request were not directly related to theme or were customization requests. Technically we should not process such requests at all. Nevertheless we did. Therefore our obligations are fulfilled, and we will decline your refund request.

You need to make your ”.../wp-content/uploads/” writable to WordPress. If you have difficulties with it – please contact your hosting provider (you need it anyway because otherwise you’ll not be able to upload images to your site).

Hello, I cannot find the ‘Law Firm’ demo content on any of the downloaded files. I can see the demo content for the other demo sites, just not for the Law firm. Please assist. Thank you.

First of all make sure that you have the newest version of theme installed (v.3.9.0); then update the demo content plugin via Plugins > The7 Plugins.
Installed the theme (took hours to complete) finally managed to install almost all of the plugins after multiple fails on every single plugin. Now tho i can’t get revolution slider to install always ends in a 500 Server error – any ideas? driving me insane.

Yes, too many plugin consumed all your server resources. Try either use only the essential ones, or contact your hosting provider to allocate you more resources.
I have used Revolution Slider for a some time. It has worked fine in all devices. Now for some reason in mobiles thumbnails are visble but large image is black. You can choose thmubnails but not be able to see the original image. That will also happen in laptops when Chrome is chosen for brower. Any idea how to fix situation ?

We recently attempted upgraded your theme after 2 years, so it was a major upgrade. We have a large programming team that has found several issues with how the theme generates CSS and we’d like to understand it better before we start hacking away at it.
Can you provide details on the exact files/function and logic on how the theme creates the wp-content/uploads/wp-less/the7/css/custom-xxxxx.css and wp-content/uploads/wp-less/the7/css/media-xxxxx.css?

There are no “issues” or something illogical about those files
wp-content/uploads/wp-less/the7/css/custom-xxxxx.css and wp-content/uploads/wp-less/the7/css/media-xxxxx.css are being created dynamically each time you save the theme options. I do not recommend you to hack into those files because their sources (css/custom.less and css/media.less) will be overwritten with each theme update. Instead, it’s a good idea to make a child theme and embed your custom CSS file just after our files and have overwrites for our rules there.

Hey thanks for the (still) gr8 theme and support. Just wondering, updated to 7.3 from 7.2 – and seems in my blog posts the “ultimate_info_table ” is missing (same goes for the “bsf-info-box”) ... any idea or hint why? did you remove the tag in newer version? as seen on:

Regarding footer. That is a usual widgetized footer with “Contact” widget for contacts and social icons.
Thanks. What I’m asking about the heading is specifically how you laid it out to get the phone icon next to the phone and the ‘give us a call’ text underneath.
