Hi I bought and downloaded your template TERSUS and I am using the design 13. I have done all views (Desktop, phone and tablet) however just the desktop is functioning. The phone and the tablet appears all white when I upload through FTP. It looks like the website is there because you can scroll down but you don’t see anything and I have already done those views.

I’m sorry for the trouble. This problem happened after the latest Muse update. It has already been fixed in the latest Tersus update.
To fix the problem, you need to edit the lines in the Metadata box. Just go to the Master Page > Page > Page Properties and open the Metadata tab.
Delete this line:

I just changed what you mentioned and now I can see the website but still it is not working right with the menu. Can you access the website on your phone so that you can see it. It doesnt fit correctly and the menu button doesnt work. On the tablet view the website looks fine but the menu button doesnt work.
Please let me know how to correct this. I prefer not to use the new template you sent me because I have to do everything again or is that the only way it will work? If that is the case, Can I just select all from the old template copy it and copy paste on the new template? Or where is the bug so that I dont copy it with the bug again.

That script that you sent me I pasted on the tablet and phone master page properties. Shouldnt them be different scripts?
That’s correct. Remember no to delete all current scripts from the box. Just this one line:

Then at the bottom put the new lines of code.
You can send me the file. I can better inspect it cause there’s probably other problem with it. You can send to soulmemoria@gmail.com. Please include the Assets folder. The Images folder is not necessary. Just zip everything and send via We Transfer, Dropbox etc.

As stated in the regular license term, one regular license purchase is for one end product. In this case, one website on a single domain.
You can use elements from all 14 templates as long as the end product is only one.

To add a new thumbnail, you need to add it manually.These are the steps.
1. Increase the page document size in every breakpoint. Make it taller.
2. Increase the Page Link selection panel container size. Taller so that the new thumbnail wont go outside the container.
3. Select an existing thumbnail and the title text frame.
4. Copy the the objects.
5. Deselect everything. You can just click on any empty space out of the page document to do this.
6. Click on the composition and select the Page Link’s selection panel container.
7. Go to Edit > Paste in Place command to paste-in the copied thumbnails and text frame inside the selection panel container.
8. Arrange the position of the new objects accordingly. This has to be done in every breakpoint. Make sure that Smart Guide is enabled (Top menu > View).

Hello I have had Zero luck building my website with this template and I’m very frusterated (perhaps im not smart enough) I was wondering if I could return this or exchange for a simpler one. Everytime I get the main width looking good nothing lines up in the other sizes and it looks like crap I bougt this to speed up my process now im several days behind PLEASE HELP!!

I’m sorry to hear that. All compositions in the responsive templates have been optimized for every breakpoints. However there are times when you need to manually arrange a composition appearance in every breakpoints. The more changes and complicated the composition, the more time you need to spend editing it. Like how it is on other platform, it gets easier as you spend more time working with the editor which is in this case the Muse app.

Hi, Is me again I’m trying to replace the Logos on the header, the ones when you scroll switch from white background to black background, but I can’t, this is what I’m doing I create two files white and black, put it same X and Y position, but still when I preview doesn’t work. Okay so this is what you need to setup.
1. Layer Order : White has to be on top of black.
2. Pin setting : Use the same Pin setting for both. Either pin to top or top corner. Whichever you’d like to use.
3. Graphic Style: Open the Graphic Styles panel and apply the menuSlideInScroll style to the white logo. No style for the black one.

Hi, I love your designs, and using the design multiple pages number 12, but get this little issue, during the customization I change in the master page on the top the center logo and in the footer part, the icons for the media for svg images and it doesn’t show when I published to the web. Hi, I’m glad that you like it.
For the problem, first make sure that the logo has been placed inside the menu composition container which is a State Button.
Also make sure that the logo is properly linked with the Muse file. Open the Assets panel and make sure that there are no links error: http://bit.ly/2aBta47Probably the svg file was not exported to the site folder when it was published online.
To re-link an asset, just right click on an asset name and select the ‘Relink’ command. It is important that all assets are placed in the same folder so that Muse can automatically search and re-link the other asset with missing or error link.

That’s the weird part the svg files are there and linked, I try using png file and it work, but no the svg file, I know I’m doing something wrong but don’t see it yet. Any other subjection or idea?
There’s a compatibility problem with the svg file. In FIrefox, I can view your logo. From there, I’ve saved the svg logo and re-saved it in Illustrator with the basic setting. The new file seems to work in Chrome now.
You can try it on your side. If you want the new file, I can send it to you. Just email me then I’ll reply and attach the logo.

Hi,
The responsive templates preview loading duration can take a few minutes to finish. This is a common performance problem with Muse particularly with a more complicated sites. Note that the problem only happen on the responsive type but not on the alternate layouts type. Try waiting a little bit longer for the preview to finish load.

I’ve been building a site with the responsive version 12. I’ve not updated the theme with the latest updates so I’ve just downloaded this today and there are a a number of asset files missing such as animate.min.css In total, there are 4 files in the asset folder and my original had 7. I’ve previewed the web page and certain things aren’t working as they should. Should I copy over all the original assets? Thanks, Chris.

If you look on the item’s changelog (main page, bottom part), for version 3.0 (May 11 2016), I’ve made quite a lot of changes.
For example, animate.min.css is missing because in the new version of the template, the CSS is linked with a CDN hosted file. So the file is no longer included in the Assets folder. There are a lot more changes. You can read the changelog
It is more suitable to start a new project with the new version. If you are looking for specific functions from the new version to be utilized on the older template version, it is possible depending on the situation.

It seems to be working fine on my side and the demo but thanks for letting me know. There seems to be a few problems since the last Muse update that I’m not aware of.
You can try this method to fix the problem.Edit the Metadata properties in the Master Page of both Table and Phone:
1) Delete:

Hi, I bought the theme but having problems with installation. Tried uploading many times but it fails. At 290 MB, the file is not a small one. SO thought of paying 50$ for an Express Installation. But again, no such facility available. Kindly help. Thanks.
As stated on the item main page, this is a template package for the Adobe Muse platform. If you’re trying to install it on other platform such as the WordPress, that will not work.
Inside the download package, there are several .muse files. These files need to be opened and edited with the Adobe Muse software.

Hi, I bought your template and love it.. I just have 2 questions.
1- How do I edit the color of the bar that highlights the item im on from the menu. It’s set to blue but I cant figure out how to change.
2- Is there a simple way to re-arrange a single page? So for example im trying to have the “our team” section where the “portfolio” is and vice versa. This is for a single page template.

1 – Can I know which template you are using? Also, if you can give the screenshot, that would be helpful (email at soulmemoria@gmail.com). I’m not really sure which section you are referring to. Have you tried looking in the States panel? Certain elements can have different colors in different ‘states’ (on rollover, on click etc..).
2 – There is no automated way of rearranging the sections. You have to select all the elements in..say “our team” section and move them manually to the “portfolio” section.
The best way of doing this is first by selecting all the “Portfolio” elements and move them to the very bottom part of the page. Instead of moving all the elements by using your mouse, key in a value in the Y box. Just put something large that will move all the elements down. Then go to the “Our Team” section and, select all elements and put in a Y value that will bring the elements to where the “Portfolio” section was located. Now do the same thing with the “Portfolio” elements. Just select all elements and put a Y value that will place them at the previous location of the “Our Team” elements. There might be difference of height between both sections, therefore other elements may also need to be moved. It really depends on the situation.

In the ‘featured works’ section I have added aditional images, but now when you rollover on the site – the box is ‘big’ instead of neat like the others…

For both the problems, the best way of solving them are by creating new custom compositions that can achieve the intended effects. It is possible to customise the current compositions, but it can get very complicated and may create other problems.

Inside the zip file, there are several Muse files. To edit, you need to install the Adobe Muse software: http://www.adobe.com/products/muse.html
Adobe Muse is a not a free product. However, if you have never installed it on your system before, there should be a 30 day trial period for you to play around with it for free. You check out the website to learn more about Adobe Cloud CC subscription package.

First of all I have to praise the great design and well structured sites. It is very rare to find such professional templates. However, since the last update all the responsive templates cause the Muse CC2015.2 to become non responsive. The only option is only to force quit the application. All non-responsive are working fine. Any idea what could be causing this behaviour?

Have you downloaded the updated package? The latest package contains Muse files that have been saved and optimized for v2015.2.

I see. Normally the responsive layout type of site will take longer to load. Mainly the preview loading time. It will somehow load but it may look like it froze for while. Anyway, Just let me know if you need other help regarding the template.
