You can have transparent header by editing the Theme Options > Header Option > Set Make Transparency On.

A client of mine purchased this theme and in the process of setting up local and staging environments I have come across a very frustrating issue with migration from one server to another.
Once I had some basic initial configuration of the theme completed, I exported my database from my local environment, and imported it into my staging server’s database.
All of the content migrated over fine, but NONE of the theme’s options I customized are showing up. I attempted to perform a “Backup” of the options on my local via Tower > Import / Export, then import them on the staging server. This resulted in all of my menu items being duplicated.
It appears that I can delete my menu, then perform the backup restore to get around this, but I don’t understand why none of the options carried over to my staging server from a full MySQL dump. For workflow preferences, it would save a great deal of time to simply import the full DB when I’m ready to push to staging than go through this Backup, Delete Menu, Restore Backup process.

Ok, so I just tried copying to staging via Duplicator instead of a manual PHP migration. Now nothing is appearing in the Customizer and all of the content in the Tower configuration page is blank.

I’ve never experienced problems with a theme’s options like this and have wasted nearly three hours now on a simple cloning of the site. I’m getting close to telling my client to go with another theme.
And I tried exporting options only, but now I can’t even get to the Import/Export tab in the Tower options.

Seems you have some issue with the Theme Options this doesn’t mean that your options isn’t there. Sometimes little customization or changes can create this problems.

Yes you can add all them elements easily with visual composer. Headlines and subheadlines can be setup with infinite variations. There also different styles of call to actions too.

I see that you haven’t set the mega menu in the right way. Rehabilation column the first menu item its ok but the second can’t be the child of the first item. If you want menu items with submenus please don’t use megamenus but normal menu item.

How can i add “Sliders Options” section in Edit Portfolio Entry in the admin side? Can’t figure out how. I would also need to reset the blog page template into the default page style so i could use visual composer to edit the blog.

You can’t use Codeless Slider into Portfolio Entry. You can use the simple slider for portfolio. What do you mean with default page style of blog? You can change blog styles from Theme Options.

You can create a new page as portfolio without header. To deactivate header on the pages you can check the documentation below: http://codeless.co/tower/documentation/main.html#create_pages
You have to set off the Active Page Header.
After that you can create a new row and and Text Element inside it add the short code of Revolution slider : https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/add-to-web-page/#shortcode
In this way you can create a page header with revolution slider.

Another question. I have a video background in a row. But it doesn’t show up in you make the browser window the width of a mobile phone. Any ideas why?
Also is there a setting to have the row adjust to fit the video at different widths?
Also, on Preset 2 header, can you give me the css for making the highlight color full background red. So instead of a red underline, the entire background of that button would be red.

2. You have an option to make the row fullwidth-section. With this option active the video will try to fit the entire row width.

I am working on a client’s site (so not purchased from my account) and thought I would mention a couple of things:
1. Layer Slider doesn’t install from “install required plugins”. Error message: “Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.” I worked around it by uploading it via FTP, just mentioning it because some people may not know what to do or have FTP access.
2.More of a question – when will you guys be upgrading Revolution Slider?

Pre-purchase question I want to create two separate portfolio pages but I want to make sure that when someone is scrolling/paging through projects on one portfolio page that it doesn’t keep scrolling/paging through the projects on another portfolio page. Example: If I have Kitchen Remodeling and Bathroom Remodeling as two separate portfolio pages and someone is on the KR portfolio page scrolling/paging through projects, will they only go through the projects on that page or will they go through the BR projects as well? If so, is there a way to make it only scroll through the projects on a particular portfolio page?

Yes, I have done that. There is 3 paragraphs of information. But it is truncated when using the “Single Staff” visual composer to add it to a page. There is no way to actually view the rest of the information. Should there be an automatic “read more” button/link, or was this intentionally left out?

There is no instruction of how/what shortcodes to use to get these elements to work.

I have the same issue as gerigeri above with two black lines. I actually want the borders and have set them to be #ededed in color. I can see in Firebug that the border color isn’t there it’s just 1px solid instead of 1px solid #ededed. I can fix this with custom css, but seems to be a bug with your theme.
Also – I just updated WooCommerce and there are two outdated template files. tower/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php version 2.0.14 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.3, tower/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.3,
