I love the countdown… wondering if there’s a way it can reset itself to countdown for the same day and time every week. Example, an event every Friday night at 8pm.

I just updated my wordpress to the last version and my flatsome theme at the same time.
I got a problem with my analytic tracking, i got this error “No HTTP response detected “ I have tried few different analytic plugin to be shure the probleme not comme from this side….. and i search a lot on the web and find 3 same story with your theme..
Do you have a idea for this bug?

Hi there, I don’t think this is a theme problem, but at setup / configuration problem. It probably happens if you change theme also.
Have you tried contact the authors of the analytics plugin you are using? Or even Google Analytics team?

2.9.2 – mobile menu is no longer working when WP upgraded to latest version
2.9.5.1 – when updated to that theme version I’m getting double header (menu and above menu area)
Any clue what is going on with that?
I have fixed that but it looks like before 2.9.x there were some changes in the header.php
You need to update your child themes if you are overriding important files like header.php

The Category shown in the PRODUCT GRID is not using the primary category of a product. It uses the first in alphabet – I think that is a bug
Hi there, the problem is that there is no way to know what the “primary” category of a product is. All categories assigned to a product has the same priority.
What happens if you go into the product? Does it use the same in the breadcrumb?

Ah, is that a plugin or built-in? There could be a new feature in WooCommerce. We’re going to take a look and have it fixed if it is.

You can select that in Theme Options > Category page
Mind you? Any chance you can suggest a visual attributes add on that works well with flatsome?
The first time I bought flatsome was a couple of years ago and my developers said – at the time – that an add on like this could not be integrated. Has that changed? do you know?

Hi there, the new version is still in beta and will probably be for some time. It should be ok to start setup your site with Flatsome 2.9 and upgrade to 3.0 when it’s ready
It’s is amazing what you can do with Flatsome with just basic knowledge. If you have some more experience sky is the limit. Any news when will be fully compatible with wc 2.6.x? Chiers from htavern.net

On this site here it is still saying up to woocommerce 2.5. So that is not right? I can proceed and update my WC?

When I use the testimonials in a UX sliders 3 columns and if one testimonial have more than 7 lines it appears completely just in the center column, in the first and the last column the end of the testimonial is cut, how I can fix that ? I tried to put height=”150px” in the [ux_slider …. ] without success … neither in [col span=”1/3” ... ]

Yes I still have the same problem. About renew the support, I am not against but I think it would be logical that all customers can have a week of support more at each update of the theme

Hi Again! Login/acct at top… logged in and made an order. Once order was completed, I hit the “orders” tab in that Login/My Account dropdown. It went to the orders page that said, Your cart is currently Empty, with the Return to Shop button. I can only see my orders if I hit the My Account link at top, that is present once logged in, and then view order from the My Account page. It happens also if I add item to cart, then go to checkout, then cancel order, then go up to the Login/My Account dropdown and try to access my orders from the Orders link. Sooo, is there a simple way for me to get rid of everything in that dropdown except Login, My Account and Logout? Or can someone look and see if it works this way in general? thanks!
