Before purchasing this theme, I want to make sure that an idx plugin, such as ihomefinder will automatically add new listings to the multi units/sub listings.
Current version only support dsIDXpress and IDXbroker, ihomefinder will be in next release v1.3.0
When will the next update be released? And does the theme already include the IDX plugin or do I have to purchase and download it myself?

well the experience started off very good using the theme. but since the last few updates it keeps having bugs. now the recent update 1.2.5, it has completely crashed the website, giving me broken tab links and has taken away the widgets i had saved. Will this be a recurring issue? if so i rather buy another theme, as this so far is giving me a lot of trouble.
im sorry to give such a negative response but after a few months of using it i cant see myself using this longer as i will always be worried if the newest update will destroy the site.

thank you for a polite response, yes i have opened up a ticket, and they are very helpful, ive just downloaded the evanto theme updater, hopefully once the support team can fix the issues that the 1.2.5 update has caused. in the next release i will try this method and let you know.
I am checking your website, you made some basic mistakes which i am going to fix
1. You needed to save theme options after update.
2. If permalinks not work after update, you needed to reset permalinks under Settings -> permalinks
3. You have enabled development mode, you need to disable it in wp-config.php define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

[Fixed] Free membership listings allow to add listings after limit end.
[Fixed] Adding a property without registering should decrease the allowable limit automatically when the user login into his account.

[Fixed] Added missing translation strings

Hey, I wanna change the theme font, I can’t find a way to do it in the theme setting so I will want to use google standard way which is by editing header.php and then adding CSS code. The question is how do I do it on the Child theme? cause I if I will do it on the parent theme it will be overriden every update.

Just found it, also the font I need found but the specific language it not there. probably cause this language is new on Google Fonts (about a month ago).
What is your offer in this situation? will you update fonts on the next version? I can wait a week or two.

This is good, website is not cached, CSS, JS not compressed, images not compressed and we used high quality images.
hello there, as RixRoss mentioned i see you are overloaded. but as i guess many people are not doing this theme in english, can you please make sure all the files are able to be translated? i opened a ticket but haven’t heard anything since 4 days, even though he said he will check it “the next day”. so please help us here, otherwhise our site is not ready to go on the market, and we have this problem since the new update. thank you
Hi, Can you send me you ticket ID ? There is no issue with theme translation, the only reason is some people using Loco Translate and Loco Translate have issue to translate plugins. We tested theme with PO languages files and WPML, it is working perfect.

Hi guys, I know you are working hard on the updates and are overwhelmed with all the requests. I would just like to know if there is any possibility of an update this week? I am seeing my client next week Thursday and all that I still need is the google auto suggest city/suburb name in keyword search field and auto ID creation for each property. One bug I saw in the last update was the load more properties now shows only one property per row instead of three.. Not sure if there is a new setting for this or if its a bug. Hello, i want to purchase this theme, i like it’s demo. just want to check some points before purchasing:
Can we add conditional custom fields to the property submit, ex: change the project names in drop down menu according to the selected location from another drop down menu?
Can we show or hide any data in the front end view of the single property page even the data from the new added custom fields (not just the default fields) if these field is filled of data?
Can the users (how register from the front end for free and have the role subscribers) submit property from the front end and these properties be pending the admin confirmation?
Can we add or remove any of the search fields even from the newly added custom fields?

For conditional custom fields you have to customize theme.
If field is empty then it will not show but if field is filled then it will show, in next release v1.3.0 ( in start of august ) we are going to add theme options to hide even filled data too.
Yeah, in theme options you can set new submitted property status ( pending or published ) if you pending admin will approve and publish it.
You can show/hide search fields but if you add new search fields then you have to make option for show/hide new custom fields

We plan the platform not to be limited in certain cities, we will use it nationwide. We planned in average with round about 300,000 entries. Our previously experiences the page speed from the most wp templates are to slow after round about 10,000 entries.

Hi, honestly we did’t tested it with more then 10k entries but we will surely test it after v1.3.0 release, you know it is lot of work.
I don’t think there will be problem with the speed, if you face any problem, we will assign a tech guy with you to make it better.

Hi,
I installed your theme and I imported the demo data for revolution slider. Everything was fine. I changed my mind and I would like to set the home page to Property slider. I went to Settings -> Reading, set the first page to property slider but after saving, setting was back to revolution slider.
Then I set Front page display to latest posts, click save and now I cannot set it to any page (revolution slider / property slider/ any page). Front page display remains in latest port.
Any idea what it could be wrong? I guess I can set it through msql admin by modifying the appropriate table data, but this would not be the desired solution.

I have installed polylang for multilanguage site. I deactivated and Front page display selection worked fine. Do you support Polylang intergration?
We support WPML but this is not theme related because front-page display is WordPress code feature

By the way, any web link where a buyer(s) can have access to download the full DEMO.XML file of Houzez theme? I anticipated it will be included in the downloaded files here on Themeforest, to allow some of us who build offline development (using XAMPP on computer/laptop) before uploading entirely onto live hosting servers online. I realized all the demo.xml files for this theme is only accessible online. It will be appreciated if you will add a separate demo.xml file in your next update which can be used offline too.
