Hi, i just update my theme to the latest version, and im having issues changing the Product description Background, i already navigate all the THEME OPTION menus, but none seems to be changin the product description background.

Also i would like to know how to change de FONT COLOR in the Woocommerce List.

Im using Woocomerce btw.

You can change the background color from VC element settings from the product back end by editing product. Not getting what your second question.

Hi, I decided to install the shop 1 for the demo content. When I look at your live demo, clicking on the shop it shows me the categories like on this screenshot: http://jmp.sh/fRMUMuw My Shop shows directly the products, not the categories. How can I show the categories?

ok.. I found out: woocommerce – products – display.

But it shows only 1 category. I will check and find out… ;-)

The site is updated but after updating we have lost animations effects like sales % icons with products AND other options that came with “Add to cart ” Button. Kindly Check the update theme to fix the settings/features that disappeared upon upgrade. For Further Information i have installed “DEMO 7” with basic content when i install the theme for the first time , the basic setting or animation effects we have were from ‘DEMO Shop 7’.

Hello.. Is there any reason that Master Slider stop working after update 3.0.3? In all my sites i have replaced it with Revolution Slider, but in my last site i do not want to do the replacement as of yet, so i would like to have master slider working a little longer.

We have removed Master slider and replaced it with Revolution slider in latest version of theme 3.0.3. But you can continue using master slider and it will work fine.

Hi, are you aware that the latest update breaks the shopping cart icon on mobile? It turns from a cart icon (or shopping bag) into a solid rectangle? Think the css may be at fault?

After update the theme to the last version, in desktop view appears the sidebar widgets duplicated in the bottom of the page. The mobile view appears correctly.

The YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter plugin dont work its the latest 3.0.6 version. And the magnifying zoom product image is not a plugin its hardcoded by your team. And i dont have any support left. But if you bring out a update everthing need to be in working order.

You can do it with custom CSS code given below, please paste this code into Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS section:

Use this custom css for the category background color:

.widget_product_categories .widget-title, .widget_price_filter .widget-title { background: red !important; }

Use this Custom CSS to change the color of inside the box:

ul.product-categories { background-color: red; }

Hi guys, I hope you can help me out. I’m building a webshop on http://maaikesatelier.digifocus.nl. When I push the submit to order a product in the shopping cart, there is some delay before the thankyou page is displayed. Because there is no loader displayed the user does not know that the order is being processed and they will hit the submit button another time. please guide me for w3 total cache settings. my website is slow with your theme. I have very good hosting, good server conf. etc. and when I change theme to ecommerce by mythemeshop, then it is loading very fast, but when I use ur theme speed is very low. I want to use ur theme because of features, so I decided to install cache plugin and go for w3 total cache. Please advise me the best setting works well with ur theme to speed up website.
