The Porto Them does not display the “Them Options” page when the wordpress site is hosted on Openshift.com it says, Permission denied to access the page. I have checked with other themes sold on themeforest, they work fine. please fix it . your theme is the best

Hi, is there a way that I can override the theme on shop 1 to display the main menu as well as the sidebar menu? Or if I set to have the menu rather than the sidebar menu is there a way I can add that as a widget with the same styling as the one the theme uses? Thanks

You can display both menus easily, You have to select the the page layout with left or right sidebar. Sidebar menu already comes from widgets.

How i can change/swap the position of mini-cart icon in header? I mean, in header, mini-cart icon position is in header-right, search form position is in header-center, how i can swap the position of them, or move mini-cart to header-center?

This is the Porto HTML 5 Version.
It says in wordpress admin dashboard “Would you like to receive automatic updates and unlock premium support? Please activate your copy of Visual Composer.” so I try and do it and it asks me to sign into theme forest which I do and it comes up “Looks like these are not your correct details. Please try again.” when trying to sign into the Envato API. Why is this?

There is no need to activate or purchase the new license for VC. Visual Composer is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by Smartwave. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from the Visual Composer website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release. So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

I have identical product categories for different languages. I checked everything, but on the english page the product is NOT shown (http://quattromori.store/product-category/food/) while on the German page with identical product and options and identical category and options the product is shown (http://quattromori.store/de/produkt-kategorie/lebensmittel/). When I click on Fish there is written: No products were found matching your selection. But on the image it says 1 product and in German and Italian it works fine… Any idea??
I think it’s your permalink issue. I have refresh your permalinks and your fish subcategory is working fine now.

Okay Thank you, another question, about the shop page thumbnail
How to fix the thumbnail of the shop page to be 2 columns when opened on mobile or mobile resolution. Because the default is per row 1 column only.
And kindly send us also the css code for the product/shop page that is already changed to 2 columns in mobile version.

I intend to buy this theme for my fashion website. I have viewed from Shop version 1 to version 10 and like the version 2 but I see that the version 2 do not have the fade effect when we scroll page down. Can we add this effect?

Anyway, I resolved the issue. The category for each team member had to be reselected. Not sure why, as each team member was already assigned to a category, but reselecting the category seemed to restore the filter.

where can I remove the sidebar stuff of the cart page? I see Categories, Archives and latest works. But I cannot find a widget or sidebar where I can delete or change this.

Just edit the cart page scroll down to View Options, You will find “Layout & Sidebar” just un check it and this will remove the sidebar from your cart page.

The Layout & Sidebar is NOT checked!!! But still I see the sidebar on the cart page!!
ok, I checked it now and selected another sidebar. So, I guess the blog sidebar is default when it’s not checked!

The Product-Category menu of the shop has the categories with subcategories closed by default. That means that I see only the main categories and I have to click on the plus-sign to open the sub-categories. Is there a way I could have these opend by default?

This is because the image you have uploaded is very small (299 X 197 pixel ) and this is why its getting distorted when enlarged. Please upload image larger size and see it will work fine. Thanks

1) On mobile version, how do I edit the sliding menu that comes from the side? Its look like a small button and it has categories and variations. Where do I edit the inner content of it?

Hi, my question is how how can I hide a portfolio item that already exist. For example I have this portofolios http://www.epipleon-home.gr/portfolio_cat/syntheseis/ and I want the first item “??????? LIVING 5” not to be shown in the clients but to exist in portfolio in WP administration panel. Imagine that I want to have 10 portfolio items and visible to clients will be only 5. Generally I want to hide portfolio items and make them visible when ever I want.
