just so you guys know.. when changing anything on the home page.. the main menu layout changes.
ive tried it on all home pages 1,2,3,4,5,6 and when on one of the home pages I edit something on that page.. the main menu navigation changes and it wont change back.
this occurs on chrome and Microsoft edge. Please can you look into this and not just reply back saying its all ok when I am seeing that its not.

When you reimport all data again the menus go back to how they show in the demo.
if you assign any of the home pages as your main home page that’s fine.. but when you go and click edit page from the front end.. and even not make any changes and just click save.. and view the page again the page front main menu changes..
there is clearly a saving issue. Please can you fix this as the main menus and how they look change once the page is either saved or edited then saved.
Please fix and provide us with an eta for an update.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. When you changes anything, please clear cache and check it again. Also on each page we have a setting header for this page. If you want use all page with a header on main option setting, please make sure disable setting header on separately page. Hi, how do I get the map to appear on each event. In the settings I have the ‘Enable Google Maps’ ticked on the map settings and the map title appears however no map is showing up on an event??
I have added a venue to the event and the venue address but still the map does not appear?

That screen shot is only showing the content. i know how to creat a content, may be my question was not clear, what i need to know is whether i need to write these content for example in the post and create a category in the back admin area? when i create the page i want to select the story grid using visual composer for the content to show. Because our story content in my demo is showing blank and there is no content. i can recreate my own content but need to know where in the admin area, i assume not on the page link, where is the story grid linked to? Thank you so much!

I have managed to change the required settings and imported all data however please can you check as when I turn some options off then on in theme options they remain off? and cant get it back on.. especially the top header.. also certain features are not aligned properly, main logo, search and cart icons.. social icons in footer and contact icons in footer?
I have raised a ticket with my login credentials.. would be great if a team member can log in and fix this and make my home page exactly like the demo as requested. Thanks

thanks for looking into this however the problems I am facing are not getting looked at properly. When I edit the theme in the theme options the menu breaks. when I reset to settings it was before the menu remains broken. the only way to revert to how it looks on the demo is to re-import demo data. thus lies the issue.. I wont be able to edit the theme without breaking it. full details in my reply on my ticket. I have also provided my log in credentials for you to fix any problems on your end to save time. Thanks
p.s – when loading your demo theme on Microsoft 10 edge browser.. the layout is not as it should be.. footer widgets.. menus, donation now bar? but it looks fine on chrome.. I provide this info so that these can be fixed and this theme made even better. Awaiting reply to my ticket. Thanks guys

Please advise what to put in the Paypal LIVE ACCOUNT box inthe donation section. there is no explanation or directions. Woocommerce is easy to set up. We put in API credentials, but within TBdonations it just says LIVE ACCOUNT. Where do we find it? Please advise what is suppose to go into that box.

Regardless of the optimization plugins (W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, Above the Fold Optimization, Autoptomize, Lazy Load, WP Smush) we try to use, the site is still very slow.
Every time, after saving a page in the Visual Composer a “Connection lost” dialogue shows with the spinning wheel for 2-3 minutes. While the loading wheel is spinning none of the site is editable nor can you navigate on the front end.
We have read countless articles, and what we found is either it’s an error caused by a plugin or a poorly coded theme. I have deactivated all the 3rd party plugins I installed and still had the same problems.
We would really appreciate you looking into your theme’s functionality.

Under Organizer it says “start” where I assume its meant to say “Name” or “Organizer”. Could you let me know how to fix this?
Also sometimes I don’t want to list an organizer for an event. But if I don’t include an organizer, then the layout goes weird and the map becomes really thin.

I am interested in purchasing your theme for one of my clients who is a non-profit. They want to know the way that Causes and Events work in your theme. Could you post a screenshot of the backend for adding customized Causes and Events? The main factor in this is to show them what the workflow would look like, when adding new events/causes after the site has been built.

Presale Question: Great looking theme. I noticed in the screenshots of the theme that there was a calendar view for the the events section. It looks very much like The Events Calendar from Tribe. Is this how you are handling events? We are already very much familiar with their plugin. Are you simply providing styling for it in your theme? If it is using it can we use the pro version of the plugin.
If it is not using The Events Calendar, can we disable whatever you are using in the theme and use our own 3rd party plugin?
Also, your donation functionality that is baked in, what payment processing is handling that? Do you integrate with Click & Pledge?
We are a team of well versed wordpress frontend developers and as such are fine with rolling up our sleeves and hacking some things, but, knowing if it’s possible to disable your Donation link popup and directing it to something of our own would be great to since we do want to use Click & Pledge as the donation platform since it integrates with our paid membership plugin.

Two things I noticed which may help in next update.
When viewing the link below in a mobile device. A) the company logos at the bottom in the green are all showing.. Would be good to show 2 perhaps and have them scrolling from left to right.. And b) in the footer.. There ideally should be a gap after each title of each widget in the footer. when viewing on a mobile the titles.of each widget are close to the next.
Something to consider looking at even if it is a littke thing
