We need to install a mega menu. Will there be any conflicts that you can think of? Are there any that you know work? You should consider adding one for future upgrades/updates.
Can we use VC with this theme. I don’t see a way to select fonts with your page builder. Any known conflicts with VC?
We haven’t teated any Mega Menu plugins, we can’t say for sure.
You can insert the VC builder shortcodes in the Text shortcode of the current editor.
Pre sales questions
HI first of all i would just ike to say what a great looking theme you have developed well done!
I am think of purchasing but before I do I have a few questions
1) Once a deal is purchased, is the voucher available to download/print? (this must be a pdf showing the detals of the deal.
2) I see that you add deals to the cart to purchase, can it be changed so you can just buy the deal within the deal without having to add to cart? (I only want people to buy 1 deal at a time and purchase there and then a bit like the way groupon works)
3) How is money owed to deal submitters worked out – is it a set % of the total sales of a deal? (example a seller is selling 10 bags for £10 each throigh my site, they all sell making £100, I expect 50% of any sales though my site so I should get £50 and the submitter will get £50) Is this all set up in the backend and automatically worked out per sale.
4) Can I see how many items bought in a deal? (I am selling 10 bags, I have sold 4 of them so my deals should say 4 bought)
5) Can you use number bought which would be predefined rather than time limit to end a deal? (I don’t want to have expiry times but end a deal when all items are sold)
6) How do deal owners tell my site that a voucher has been used/redeemed? (Proof that the deal was used by the buyer. Does the buyer logon to their profile and mark that particular voucher code as used?)
7) 1. Is it possible to add variations to the products? Like if I want to sell clothes so that the customer can choose between sizes etc.
Is there a agree to terms check box when adding a deal or buying a deal?

Thank you for the interest un the thwmw. Unfortunately many of your questions are very specific and the theme which planned to be as general as possible doesn’t feature.
1. The voucher is an image file uploaded by you.
2. There isonly a cart button for now.
3 .There is no seller commison system.
4. There is no such feature.
5. Only expiration limit available.
6.This question concerns the systems of the deal owners, it is not connected to the theme.
7. No variations available.
8. No.
All these request can be send ro a freelancer which he won’t have problems implementing..
How can I remove the single search field in the header. We don’t want it in the header at all. I’m talking about the huge filtered search, just the single search field. Also your h1 text is all capitalized. I can I make it normal so that I can use caps OR use regular font style? thx

Hello, The easiest way is to hide it is to use the Custom CSS field in Appearance > Theme Settings > Styling & Layout and write this: .hero-image-content .hero-fields { display: none; } For the h1 you can write in the same field this: hero-image-content h1 { text-transform: none; }
Thank you. The search fields is now hidden but the text didn’t work. In the field, I have just capitalized the first word but after adding the css hero-image-content h1 { text-transform: none; } it’s still showing in all caps…..any other way? Thanks for helping.
Oh I fixed. the “dot” was missing in front of hero-image-content

1) I saw that the theme is compatible with woocommerce, so it is compatible with woocommerce product vendors? 2) to have the email or SMS to the customer as I do there is a particular configuration? 3) I can get a free coupon to zero? the customer gets an email with all the coupons or only the code? 4) you can create for a price offer? 5) I saw that in your demo you separate deal and coupon that is the difference between the two? I saw in the deal which is downloaded there poosibile code even when you are not registered you can download the code to only those who are registered / logged? there is a configuration that must be followed? provided one of the theme documentation? 6) How can I download the demo version?

1) As the deals are separate custom post type (they are not Products), they are not compatible with Product Vendors.
2) There is no option for SMS or email to the customer.
3) When purchasing a deal, the customer receives the code ar the link to the deal.
4) I am afraid I can’t understand the question.
5) Discount gives you a field where you can enter the published discount value and a link to the discount. Coupon is used when you want to show a code to the buyer.
You can select if you want your users to be registered or not to access deals.

How do I register the countries and cities to show in search?
They are automatically populated and taken from the deals.
I put the map on offer, but did not appear in the survey the country. See www.7descontos.com.br

Psst… version 2.6.1 features hides the Submit Deal link from the navigation menu for not authorized users.
I downloaded and installed V2.6.1 last night and had a quick look and most of what I reported is fixed! YAY thanks. But while I see the submitted deals link is gone in this version, submit is still there and goes to a not authorized page. For my purposes I was going for that one to be hidden too for users without a company. Please take a look again. I am glad too that I was helpful to make this product better.
This should be fixed, we will inspect it again and fix it as soon as possible.

Google have changed their Google Maps policies and now an API Key has to be present for Google Maps to work. Please update the theme to the latest version(via the Envato Market/Toolkit plugin or by redownloading it from themeforest), as it features a Google API Key field. Then go to the theme options panel and write you Google API Key in the Deals of the panel tab. After it is filled, everything will work correctly again.

ok, and how about commission structure between author and vendor ? it’s set default for all vendor or every seller can have different commission structure?

Hi, there is no commission functionality in the theme. It is recommended to contact a freelancer for customizations like that.

The code can be entered by the listing owner or by the author. The theme comes with a free 1 Click Demo Install option, that will structure it the way it looks in the demo.
There is an option that when enabled, allows the users to register as a company and upload their own deals.

It seems the single deal page is disabled. You can enable it back in the Appearance > Theme Settings > Deals

How do I set people up as a company? I turned register on in woocommerce but whenever I go to submit a deal, I still get “You must be registered as a company to submit a deal.” I also enabled “Show register as a Company field on registration.” in the settings
I got it to work but for some reason on the deal submit page, I get a bar across that says “False”. I have no idea how to remove it. I uninstalled the theme and even uninstalled wordpress and started Fresh and it’s there again: https://i.imgur.com/hJe7lMp.png
Please go to couponhut/template-submit-deal.php and delete line 42. It should say:
fw_print( fw_ssd_woocommerce() && !is_user_logged_in() && !$allow_no_reg && !get_user_meta( get_current_user_id(), ‘user_company_name’, true ) );
This is a line that we forgot to remove in the latest version of the theme.
How do I set it so only companies can access the add a deal page? If I set up woocommerce, anyone who registers is able to access the add a deal page.
Please update to the latest versions. It disbles acces for non companies to the Submit Deal page.

Hi, the theme supports WPML.
It is not possible to have one page only as the Browse Deals page is a separate page. Although you can configure each deal to have only a popup with the code instead of a whole page.
The countdown timer appears on th deal thumbnail then there is less than a day left.
I am From India and I have tried to make payment at least 10 times but all my debit cards and credit cards dont support international transaction….too bad i cant start making my website
