Hello awesome theme! I have one presale question: At present i am using shared ip with free sls certificate in my magento 2.1 install. Is it mandatory to go for a dedicated IP address before installing your theme?

It is not imposible. But you should use a dedecated IP address, because this kind of IP will support Magneto in better level

Unfortunately there is no such feature. In Porto Magento theme, you are able to insert an icon beside every menu items. Of course, it is possible ti use an image instead of menu item. However, you will need to do some minor css change. Please contact our supporter after purchase.

It is not possible to show banner preview of demo 13 on mobile. Because mobile screen is too small, it is really difficult to show desktop layout of site on mobile screen.

if you decrease the screen size the menu appears in the left hand side.

This is a custom work. To do that, You can customize /app/design/frontend/smartwave/porto/layout/local.xml and /app/design/frontend/smartwave/porto/template/catalog/product/view/tabs.phtml files.

Just installed the theme. When in Theme settings -> Installation I do Import static block or cms pages, I get redirected to a front end page 404 Nout FOund 1 page. I’ve loged in and out already, Added block permissions, cleared and enabled cache. Nothing works ?

Hello,
The quantity box size is too small for 3 digit number. I increased the size using css like this
input#qty.input-text.qty { width: 42px !important; }
However even with such a small change the quantity changing buttons move to an incorrect position.

I tried it now and there is a problem with demo 19 and the category is not workign well at home page with the rtl its seems there is no css for it at rtl-custom.css

In Porto theme, you can show mega menu with images and many types of content. All of this can be done through admin panel, no HTML nor other custom code is needed. Also, static blocks are not used in the menu, custom content is added directly to the categories, so no coding skills are needed.

Our theme is using that standard checkout. You can customize checkout to add new input form for your website. Porto also is compatible with the free IWD Onepage checkout extension which will modify the checkout in different ways

I rently got email from google crawl saying there were 200+ errors on url with 503 error, but i did check with server guys and they say there are no such errors. Is it happened because i recently changed the theme?
If so, how do I resolve it?

Such issue is not theme related. 503 error means the backend cannot complete the request, is usually caused by PHP crash. You pls also check maintenace.flag. Sometimes magento just wont come out of maintenance mode.

You can disable Custom Menu in SW Extension > Mega Menu > Custom Link and Block : remove custom block
To change the space between different categories in Navigation bar, pls try to use the custom css below:

When you click on cart icon which is place at header, it shows only 3 products even though there are more than 3 products! Can we not have scroll bar to scroll through all the products added to cart.
