We don’t have chat feature. You can create subscription plans for provider registration. Our theme is seo friendly.

I was playing around a bit on the Demo and couldn’t move forward when I typed a zip code. I keep getting the error message that the zipcode is not available though I typed the correct one several times. Also, does it support a zipcode of non-U.S countries?

564823 this zipcode is working fine… Yes it support zipcode of non US counties as well. Provider can add zipcodes where he wants to provide his services.

Hi Want to purchase the theme its good but few Queries i have, can we display the list of service providers according to their payment or registration to the site owner,
Example:
Display in ascending to descending order according to the payment

We have option to make provider as featured from admin and also by paying a specific amount defined by admin.
I we have 100 service providers then how they will be displayed on what basis, is it alphabetical order or based on ratings ?

Hello, 1 – Can we disable the OTP and use Captcha ? At least disable it in demo so we can see the payment page. 2 – Can you allow auto-approval on demo registration ? 3 – I can’t edit informations and save them in demo. Can you allow that and use a cron to restore your database every 30 minutes or so ? It will help much. Thank You.

1) we are not using paypal pro 2) its translated with .po files 3) It’s not integrated with woocommerce. 4) You can’t add products to sell. 5) Pages works with short codes. 6) We have templates for blog and contact us pages. We have two versions of of home page, two versions of provider profile page, different styles of search result page. They are manageable from theme options.

My second question meant, is it possible to make the research fonction on the website related to the offered services not the service provider. For example: a service provider offers a mechanical service when I want a mechanical service I would find the service name and not the supplier’s name…..Like for example airbnb….. I hope it is clearer

This theme provides platform to service providers to provide their services online and user can book their services. On each completed booking user can give rating to provider. Providers can be registered under different categories. You can analyze and see if this theme matches to your requirements. Let me know if you have any other query.
