Ive been trying to change the sliders but the code included in the packaged files doesn’t seem to work so i cannot change them. Any help to be able to do so would be greatly appreciated.

Our client wants the ‘class size’ section under “classes options” on the classes page to include text (the words “up to – or maximum – 12”). That or she wants us to delete the existing text, “class size.” Is there a way to do this? Can we change the standard classes options (start date, years old, etc.) headings? We want ‘years old’ to read Age, like it does on the classes page.

There are two ways to chage text of classes options.
1. Use extra fields 1,2 and 3 in classes options metabox below “Transportation” text field.
2. You can edit metabox php file which has all classes options.
File path : ../wp-content/plugins/pre-school-shortcodes/post-types/metaboxes.php – file line #198 to 330 – ( section name – Classes Options )
or admin > plugins > editor > select “Pre School Shortcodes” from right top side dropdown – and click on select buton > click on right side file name list’s file “pre-school-shortcodes/post-types/metaboxes.php”
Note : option 2 requires constant update after plugin update with next update because after next update it will remove old file with new updated version file.

Hi. I’ve think i’ve spotted two bugs.
I have a page with the follow settings: Header Title with Background No background color selected Image size: 2048 × 1561 Left Center No Repeat Fixed Title ON Header Padding: 150 Top 150 Bottom
1) Watching the page with an iPad (Safari+Chrome) i don’t see the header image. Instead i see the background color i’ve selected for the breadcrumbs. It works ONLY with LEFT TOP background position, but the fixed option is ignored (with and without sticky menus). The default blurry background works too.
2) Updating the page using VC Frontend cause the image to be disabled and back to the default blurry background.
Already updated the theme to the last version. Any suggestion? I can send you a link and admin access in private if you need.

Google map is coming from “Metabox” plugin meta fields and we are waiting for updated version of metabox plugin which has google map issue fix. ( Issue reference : https://wordpress.org/support/topic/map-not-working-anymore )

If you want to control excerpt word length control then you have to remove excerpt to display specific length text from post first/second paragraphs. You can read below instruction in customizer > blog options > blog > on / off post meta section
If you are not using excerpt box to display summery text then you can control summery text from content text. If you are adding summery text in post excerpt section then it will display all excerpt content.

Is there anyway to change side padding in sub header. If you look at my sight happinessandjoylessons.com, you will see too much yellow at side of book picture. I do not want to do repeat of book to fill space. Is there also anyway of having different picture blocks in subhead? Thanks so much,

You can only display single background image in sub header. You can change background image which has mix white and yellow background or you can disable sub header and use “Services – Image Style” shortcode ( http://kidsworld.premiumthemes.in/services-image-style/ ) where book image and text are center align. You can give yellow border to book in this shortcode.
You can also use revolution slider with single slide where you can use header space with drag n drop image/text elements.

Hello Basic aspects of the problem in my webcite is non agree with my Google Chrome & firfox browser When viewed on any page is a scrollbar appears in the bottom of the page which means the removal of a large part of the left page of the face.

It looks custom css header title’s issue with circle background. You can fix it by below css. ( Add in child theme css style or parent theme custom.css style )

Hello and thank you for a great looking theme! I am working with the events, and noticed that there is no way for me to select multiple days for my events. (I have a few events that will run for 2 days consecutively) Also I wanted to add a few custom sidebar sections to my event page, under the sidebar sections that are automatically created (Date, Time and Venue, About Organizer and the Register Button) when you fill out the event content in the backend. If possible could you create an add a custom section in the backend of the event page under the Event Options Bucket. I want to add more sidebar sections, such as an apply to be a partner section.

1. You have to enter “End date” to display more than one day event. When you enter “End date” then end date will display in event single page next to start date.
2. This is possible with little custom coding, please contact us via our profile page form so we can give custom coded file to replace current event single page file.

How do I update the theme without losing what I’ve created already?
I don’t see any notices or alerts when I log into the backend of my wordpress website. I also went to Appearances/Themes/Selected the KidsWorld and I don’t see any update notices.

1. We suggest you to use child theme for any custom changes. If you are doing changes in parent theme then you have to remember and apply all changes with each theme update.
2. You can get alerts vie email from themeforest account > settings > your details > email settings > check “Item update notifications” field.
You can also install envato toolkit to replace current theme with new theme : https://github.com/envato/envato-wordpress-toolkit

You have to set visual composer options from Admin > Visual Composer > Role Manager > Select “Custom” in first field “Post Types” dropdown and check all options where you want to enable visual composer editor.

This is little complex change. If you have basic skill in css/javascript then you can make isotope items ltr to rtl with below tips.
1. Open theme-settings.js file ( file path : ../wp-content/themes/kids-world/assets/js/theme-settings.js )
2. In this file add below code at the begining of function like…just below (function ($) { line

3. Now add below two options in all isotope calling functions like for portfolio you can add

1. We are not getting maximum height section name question, if it is for logo section then maximum height is 100px and you can increase up to 130px with below custom css
