Others have asked about staging, production, and development theme locations. I use all three for one website. I see others’ comments about licenses and your responses about regenerating the API key. I’m wondering if I need to regenerate the API key each time I access the production site and then again for my local development site, then yet again for the staging site.
Or do I only need to regenerate any API keys if and when I’m going to update the theme? Can you clarify the workflow?

We enable you to validate one live site and one production site so you can have 2 sites validated at the same time. If you have more than those two then you would need to move the license / regenerate it.
Are the licenses only for updates? I have 1 Production site, 1 staging site, and each developer (1-3) would get their own local version in Docker
The license restricts to one production site, but you can have as many developer or staging sites as you need, as long as they are in support of that one site. Our product validation system allows for automatic updates, and the ability to install Extensions. To prevent abuse, the validation system allows the production URL, and a single development URL to be validated simultaneously. If you need more development installations you would need to either update those manually, or you could purchase another license to have on hand for convenience.

I have a feeling, that cornerstone is not having all the options that visual composer or I hope I’m not rude Jupiter theme has. It feels a bit limited like setting Latin-ext. font sets, number of tabs max. 5, height of a text/heading-row, different heading color, recent posts max. no. is 5 etc…

Some hosts have a very small upload limit set in the PHP configuration. I would recommend contacting your host and asking them to increase it. Somewhere between 12-20MB would be ideal, depending on what you’ll be uploading. X (the zipped installable files) weights in just under 4MB.
Hi is there a way I can add testimonials page or plugin or whatever it is, and then customers in the shop can add it after they used our services and it will publish to social accounts and the website?
No, that would involve custom development on your end as there are several different moving parts to connect to achieve something like that.
I have now installed X three times to a new site and I get to a certain point then get a server error. Unless there is some kind of explanation, I think I need to look at a new theme.

Sure, we may be able to resolve this faster in the forums. Feel free to open a new thread. One quick suggestion would be to create a new page in Cornerstone and add a button element. You can enable an icon and set some text. To use that in shortcode form elsewhere, just switch the the WordPress editor and copy the shortodes Cornerstone generated. It should look like a button shortcode wrapping an icon shortcode. Cornerstone also adds some spacing classes to help the icon work better alongside text.

We have a protected content shortcode but if you want to run a real member area then using a 3rd party plugin like Restricted Content Pro would provide you with that extended functionality.

1. I am creating a how to site for a software, unfortunately every 6 months when software UI changes, i have to change all my how to pages/posts to include the screenshots as per the new UI.
Do you have a template element (something like Visual Composer’s templatera) which i can use to build pages, and when the UI changes, i simply make the changes at one place instead of all?
2. Do you have any material design demo or plans to have one?, today i use zephyr material design theme and planning to switch to X, especially because of Cornerstone, VC is a great plugin and i have been using it for years now, but it is so unproductive as it takes a long time to build page in comparison with Cornerstone.

Thanks for writing in. 1. Cornerstone offers the ability to save reusable templates, but we don’t have a template element that can be placed in multiple locations throughout the site and only updated once. This is a planned feature however. 2. We don’t have any material design demos available.

By placing it into a div/text element you can center the button by giving the parent container -> text element the custom css text-center class. Hope that helps!

Hi, hope you can assist me on the ff:
1) May I know where I can find the Slider Revolution demo slides? I have uploaded the theme, as well as the extensions. But in the Slide Revolution page it is asking me to key in a purchase code for me to download the free sliders and view premium sliders. For example, I want to upload something like the integrity demo with the surfing video.
2) May I know how to decrease the gap everytime I create a section using Cornerstone?
3) What setting do I need to modify if I want the entire screen occupied by all sections? For example, in the X theme preview itself, there are no left or right sidebars. But when I edited my own site, you could still see left and right white spaces. The box or rectangle, say for a text is smacked in the middle. I want it to be occupying both sides.

1) You can download Revolution Slider templates from here https://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/ and import them into revolution slider. Currently Revolution Slider doesn’t allow the premium sliders to be bundled with the plugin in themes. As those require a valid Revolution Slider key.

The only problem I have noticed is that when I run on a mobile, my background video doesn’t run. I’ve have purchased other themes with these options, and I haven’t found in X so far. Is there any option to activate?

Thanks for reaching out! Background video loops are disabled on mobile for performance and user experience reasons. Typically the screen size on most mobile devices is too small to make the background video effective or viewable in its intended manner in addition to the resources needed that contribute to slowing down the experience for mobile viewers.

I’m using integrity stack. How do I remove the box outline? I have the site set to full width, and the revolution slider is full width, but there’s a container on the rest of the content.

Pre-purchase question: I know it says unlimited possibilities – many themes say that and then turns out I can’t do something easily. SO, I was wondering if I could send you my sketch layouts and just take a look at them and say – yes you will be able to achieve that – or sorry our theme won’t allow you to achieve that. Hi guys, first of all, great job. Theme is working perfectly! 
But anyway, I do have two questions.
1. How do I enable comments for blank pages? I have already enabled them, they are working with basic layouts, but unfortunately, they don´t with blank pages.
2. Where do I set widgets for blog posts, when I want them to show up after content? I was looking in the widget area and it is not possible there, so can you point me right direction?

1. On blank templates there is no comments section you would need to create a child theme and then setup a special page template that is blank with comments form which would require some coding experience.
2. The widget zone on the blog page is the sidebar. There is no zone directly underneath the posts section. You could use the footer section as a solution.
