Pre sales question: I’m looking to create a WordPress multisite on my domain and would like to know that is it possible to use just one Avada theme regular license for this?

I would like to install several of your demos to my site so that customers could see what themes there is available. For every customer project I would of course buy a new license.

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

This is not a decision that we make, it’s made by Envato They make the license themselves and the rules that go with them.

I asked this about Envato and here’s what they said:
“All of the licenses on the Envato Market sites are for a single use. If you wanted to use the item you’ve purchased on multiple sites, then one or both of the following situations may apply:
1.If you are going to use the item on one domain, or multiple subdomains, you will only require one License. For example:
www.domain.com/siteOne siteTwo.domain.com/ site.Three.domain.com/
2.However, if you are going to use the item on multiple domains, then you will need to purchase a License for each domain. For example:
www.domain-siteOne.com/ www.domain-site.two.com/ www.site-three-domain.com/”
Hmm the part they seem to have left our in #1 is that if using it on multiple sub domains, it depends on the content on each one.
If each sub domain is different content, then we’ve been told by many times by them that it will require separate licenses. If not you could buy it once, and create hundreds of different sites, so it is the content that matters.
Maybe ask for further clarification? But that is what we’ve been going on for years now.

Yes there is indeed an option to enable the comments on pages in Avada, please go to Theme Option > Extras > Misc Tab and make sure that its enabled from there please.

For me, your menu is working all fine and good however the sticky header is not working for you right now, you can enable the sticky header from Theme Options > Header > Sticky Header Tab

In website it works good , but have an issue with Avada: Facebook page plugin widget, Here on footer (in column-4 below “FIND US ON FACEBOOK” text) i am using Facebook page plugin, it works , I mean face book page div is not visible , however if i inspect that area it seems that all buttons and images are available on that place but not visible.

I have checked our support system and can confirm that you have created 3 tickets about the same issue you are having. On each occasion our support team replied in detail with the steps you need to take to resolve this. Your hosting provider has limited our servers WP memory limit to 30mb, hence the ‘Fatal error: Out of memory’ you are having
Several hours ago, I once more instructed a team member to reply in great detail showing you the servers phpinfo.php output. We have also suggested that you contact your hosting provider and ask them to check and resolve the issue for you, seeing that you are on a restricted shared host account

I was looking at your theme to buy. It seems to have lots of option and flexibilities , but I am not sure if it will break my site since my site has visual composer and yours is fusion builder. And am not sure if your carry the same types of buttons. Please let me know if it will cost me.

I tried that and it still did not show up.
Also, I don’t understand because it shows that Header 3 allows for the top header content for a phone number. Am I missing something?
I would like to keep Header 3 for the fact that the menu is on the right instead of below but I need to have the number show up above the header information.

Is an iPad not considered a mobile device? When I set a full width container (containing a fusion slider) to hide on mobile it still shows on the latest generation iPad.

The device is determined based on the screen size. This means that mobiles and tablets will be placed into separate groups. You may wish to use your own custom CSS media queries to hide your elements on tablet devices. You can find a bit more information about using media queries here:

Hi – I’ve purchased this theme many times and love it! However, I just purchased again and in trying to upload to a brand new wordpress site, I get an error message that says “are you sure you want to do this” and then a link to TRY AGAIN, which just takes me back to the dashboard.

That was the original error message – so I had the host increase file size to:
memory_limit = 256M upload_max_filesize = 128M
Is that not enough? I ask because I don’t know how to work with FTP
Yes that is certainly enoughm the theme file size is arounld 40MB (soon to be a fraction of that!)

At the moment we don’t have an option to disable that particular title on individual posts. You would need to use custom CSS to hide it from view, like so:

There is no need to use a child theme if you are making custom CSS changes into the theme and it should only be used when planning to edit theme PHP files. However if you plan on doing that we do provide a child theme which can be found inside the complete Avada package.

Tried to sign up for support from link 2 boxes above (nearly impossible to see buttons on your site but DO NOT SEE how to accept terms to sign up and thus never let me sign up) so posting problem here.
Need help with anchor links in two places – header menu and button. I have read the page https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/pages/one-page-menu-with-multi-page-links/ and doing exactly as says and already know about relative and absolute links (been building sites for 10+ years). I know how to create anchor links in html ( and then ) but this does not work with this theme.
When I place the anchor link in it goes to the correct page but always to the top as not reading the anchor link I have in place because it is putting in extra characters when you click the link:.
EX: I set anchor link as: http://website.com/page#name but when click the link it does the url as http://website.com/page/#_name - you’ll notice how it places an /#_. I even verified that each section page is index.php and have tried http://website.com/vote/index.php#name but it still replaces url with http://website.com/page/#_name. Thanks for help.
The anchor links DO WORK when hand code them into text boxes BUT NOT when trying from appearance->menus or from theme options->header->Tagline for Content 3 when having a button there (link works but not anchor links)

Ammar – just signed up fine this time and will send the info to you. Everything is dark now (and green buttons) and select boxes are there for terms and newsletter - but when I went before the buttons were very light grey could barely see and after posted the purchase code and filled in blanks there were no check boxes for either terms or newsletter so whenever submitted form it said to select terms but there was no way to select the box!! Anyways, looks to be working now.
