Hi, I want to buy your theme and use it with event calendar pro + events tickets (already purchased these plugins) But people say that your side bar on single event page has some issues (http://avada.theme-fusion.com/church/event/concert-series-2/): it’s impossible to move buy tickets form (rsvp) at the top of the sidebar, par example, “view my tickets” doesn’t work etc… Did you fix these issues? I am reading your documentation, and cannot find any article about single event page. Please advise

Avada is compatible with The Events Calendar and the Events Tickets extension. By default the tickets table is currently placed into the Event sidebar, however it is possible to move this to the content area using some of The Events Calendar’s hooks. We are making a change to this in the upcoming release of Avada 5.0 and the tickets table will be moved to the content area by default.
In regards to the RSVP issue, we’re currently in contact with The Events Calendar team to resolve this one. I believe there may be a slight issue on their end and it’s detecting the wrong template file in Avada. We’re hoping to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Purchased, but your support refused to help me. I asked them how to change sidebar on the single event page (what goes before, what goes after), how to move events tickets to the content area, they said that “it falls outside of our scope of support as it involves code customization to 3rd party plugin.In certain situations we can provide minor customization requests, but this item falls outside of that, in accordance with Envato’s paid support terms and conditions. Default plugin setting put everything to the content area, and link does work. So this is your theme issue. You promised to give me instructions how to put tickets to the content area and I expect your help with this. Please advise.

If our support did tell you that then it means it is a customization, we can only give out small customizations like css when needed, etc.

Often times we spent lots of extra time with customizations outside of that policy, but only when we are sure it is fairly quick and will not cause extra issues down the road. I would suggest contacting EVents Calendar for this, depending on if you bought the pro version, they should be able to help.

4 days ago, BEFORE purchasing I asked if it’s possible to move tickets to the body. You response was clear:

Now you said “no”.
I’d like to understand why you changed your opinion after the payment?
I still need move tickets or whole sidebar content to the default position: content area. I still report you that RSVP link doesn’t work with your theme (and works fine with any “default” theme)
Your support team just copied/pasted standard response and didn’t help me at all. I cannot find template file for this page, and you guys, just tell me “oh, it’s customization, and we won’t help you.”
And again: that’s you customized plugin view, cause plugin’s authors put everything to the content, without sidebar, which is optional.

This particular edition is already in works and it is planned for our next 5.0 release as i mentioned earlier, from the assistance regarding this i meant that we will assist you with any other issues related to the ECP and regarding the customization we can guide you thru it but can not make the changes in code ourselves. However as 5.0 is just around the corner so i will suggest you to please wait for it a bit and it should be all good, the tickets sections is already planned on being moved to the content area and away from the sidebar.
I am also taking a look at your ticket right now and we will be continuing this chat further there, i will see if something temporary can be done regarding this right now

I am having a problem all of a sudden tinyMCE will not load.
I am on the latest version of the theme, and I am on version 4.5.3 of word press I tried re-installing wordpress but it still does not work.
wp-tinymce.php seems to be the cause of the problem.
I get: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET post.php:3799 Uncaught ReferenceError: tinymce is not defined wp-langs-en.js:235 Uncaught ReferenceError: tinyMCE is not defined
it tried to load it from this url http://www.brotherhoodprops.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/wp-tinymce.php?c=1&ver=4310-20160418 Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET post.php:3799 Uncaught ReferenceError: tinymce is not definedThis was working before I updated the theme and the theme plugins.
I love the theme, and normally would not be in a rush but I have to update some pages / content before this weekend please provide any advise you can.

Oh no, sorry to hear that! I’ve tried to replicate this on a few installs and also searched our ticket database for anything similar reported and came up with nothing.
Did you recently install a new plugin? If so try turn it off and clear cache to see.
Or, upload a fresh copy of the theme (do not update but replace all files) that way no old copies of files are left in the theme folder.

Hmm well that is a background image that “covers” the entire screen area since you have it set to “full screen” ... that means you will see cropping on various size screens because of how different each screen size is. Does that make sense?
The best thing to do here is to not put text on the image, but put the text in the slide itself (you can use a custom font as well or select it from theme options so it has the same look) ... that way the text will not be cut off, only portions of the background image.
If you do not want anything cut off then it cannot be a background image, it would just be a regular image placed at the top of the page. However, that cannot be full screen. These are just unfortunately configuration limitations due to web technology.

So, what is the best way to add text on top of a fusion slide? Do I do that on the page itself or do you recommend not using the slide at all. Just trying to figure out how to best accomplish this. Also, how do I make the font a similar font, but just for that one spot – I don’t want it all over the site, so I wouldn’t put it in theme options.

The best way to add text on top of a slider is to use the provided fields in the Fusion Slide editor. You can insert a title, tagline and additional shortcodes and they will be placed vertically centered on top of the slide.
If you wish to place other content on top of your slider, you would either need to customize the shortcode or potentially use a separator shortcode with a negative top margin to move the content up (this method isn’t exactly reliable).

Yes for sure, anything you see on the demos are pretty much made via our theme options panel, fusion page options or through our fusion builder. You can style it virtually any way you wish, which is why the demos look so different

Hi. I am interested on your themes but I have a few questions.
On your grid gallery, is it possible to have a video gallery with a play icon on each video on the gallery? Just like the image gallery but with videos.
And also, is it possible not to have any animation on the photo galleries when the mouse hovers over them?

Currently we do not have a play icon for videos, but you can upload an image with one then have the video open in a lightbox when clicked, or play on the single post page.
There are some animations yes, zoom in, zoom out and hover (which has a drop shadow)

Hello, I want to purchase this theme but want to ensure it will support my business model before I do. My site will have members trading their products with other members. The products they can trade will be dependent upon the membership group they are in. I will need to be able to track who has these products at any given time. Does this theme support this, are any special plugins required?

I am pretty sure it will require some custom work as there is no plugin i can find online that supports this feature you are looking at, Our theme is however 100% compatible with Woo-commerce that is the largest eCommerce selling plugin right now in the market. You can check with them if they have any extension that deals with this kind of trade.

Wp Memory Limit error.
I have a website hosted on Godaddy economy web hosting Linux.
I have received some error messages on Avada System Status and having issue accesing the site with different devices such as iPad. I only get nothing more than an error message on iPad access.
on the Avada – System Status, I see this error message ” 40 MB – We recommend setting memory to at least 128MB. To import classic demo data, 256MB of memory limit is required. Please define memory limit in wp-config.php file. To learn how, see: Increasing memory allocated to PHP.”
Other error messages for PHP Time Limit and PHP Max Input Vars had been solved with some codes searched on google, but the Wp Memory Limit error can not be solved with any methods I’ve got from googling around.
It would be great if you could guide me to the right direction. It seems that is a common issue with this theme and Godaddy Account.

System status warnings actually should have nothing to do with front end at all specially relating to the media queries and responsive nature of our theme, there must be something else going on there. Please try and disable all your 3rd party plugins and check again once.

Thank you very much for your quick response to my support request.
I do not have too many plugins installed on to the site and not even all the plugins Avada suggested to have installed.
I have deactivate and reactivate plugins one by one checking if it takes any effect to resolve the issue, However, non of deactivating plugin solve the issue on the System status warning message.
I do understand that there is always issues with web hosting with GoDaddy’s default limitation which requires us to get into modify php, ini files to be able to even upload the theme template to WP environment.
Since the error message I posted on here seems common issue that many of us facing, it would be great if there is a single page or document that we can go and try to solve, because so many suggested solutions out there, but in my case did not solve the problem…
I have submitted support ticket on your support site, but the answer I’ve received was to contact webhost company to request bump up the Wp Memory Limit. Unfortunately, GoDaddy’s support is not really much help…and that is the main reason I came in here to ask help and googling last few days.
I do not mean to be rude or impolite to your reply, just a bit frustrated that I should be building the site instead of dealing with the uanessacry errors to to be able to start.
If any help you could provide ow ld be fantastic.

I fortunately found a solutions for the issue on a page of your theme fusion site : https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/special-features/system-status-limits/ at this point, the Wp Memory Limit has be able to modified to suggested size. So hopefully no more of those error messages.
I wish GoDaddy will make things much easier for us enduser in the near future.

My apologies here and i think we had a misunderstanding with each other, i thought your issue was more about the display on iPad other than the memory limit itself and i thought you presumed the issues on iPad are due to that, that is what my reply was all about earlier.
However i do get you want the WP memory limit increased too and we actually have a very detail article about this that you have already found
I agree with GoDaddy limited configurations its a bit harder to get the things done and specially when support is not helping you out, however if you still get the issues with the limits please do open a ticket at our support center and one of our support rep is definitely going to get this sorted, generally we do not provide support when it comes to server issues but when it comes to our users and our support quality we do the best we can.

It will depend on which layout for mobile menu you have been using in this case, if you are using the classic layout it will turn into a nice drop down menu as well, if you are using the modern one it will float all along

If you want to change it for this specific page only, it is going to take you to use custom CSS with the page id class and then you can target the elements using custom CSS inside theme options > custom CSS Tab.

Hmm, I’m not quite sure I understand the question. We have a search icon/field available in the main menu and there is also a ‘Search’ widget that can be added to any of your widget areas.

Just create 2 categories and assign the parent category to one of them and you will get your desired result, like in this case the cat 3 is the parent category of cat 2

I have godaddy and a managed wordpress account. I installed the theme, however I do not see the fusion builder on the page editor. I’ve used this theme before so I know how it should normally look, but its missing now. I have the latest version of the theme and wordpress.
Found it, I had to toggle the on switch.

Can you tell me if Avada is compatible with the MemberPress plugin?

We’ve not tested that ourselves so cannot guarantee it, however it should be fine as we do not have any issues reported at this time in our data base from customers.
If an issue does arise, we ask that you contact the plugin developer to see if it is a known issue with themes and if there is a resolution. And you can post on our support forum with any details and we can check it out and see if we can resolve it. A majority of the time it is something minor that can be changed.

After updating to latest Wordpress version and the theme. The shop page is not showing any products. And in the home page, in the recent products section. The products are showing in Ascending order rather than descending order. Please let me know if there is a fix for this.
