How do change the number of items showing in the shop? There is an uneven number (10) which leaves empty space at the bottom of my shop. How can I make it show 9 or 12, so it fills the mason grid perfectly.

Hello, I’d like to know why the share buttons (facebook, twitter etc..) don’t appear on dt_gallery pages like on posts and pages so we can share a gallery and not just one single photo at a time? Is there a way to add the same buttons manually?

Quick question, When I choose transparent header option all the menu items change color .. turn white to be exact .. this is while all the menu settings in the theme setting are set to a different color .. where should I go to change menu color with transparent header?

The latest update introduces a small bug. When the Microwidgets are deactivated, the expected behavior is that they do not output any code. But that’s what happens now. There is now a div tag with the class microwidgets (with no content), that adds padding to the header bar.

I just updated my client’s site and my floating menu text color is now an issue. My main menu text is white and the floating menu text was black, but now I can’t seem to change it back (the floating text is now white as well).

I’ve loved this theme, but after updating some of the plugins, I am no longer able to access the backend through wp-admin. I’ve gone as far to try and change the name to default to the standard theme to no avail.

Just wondering when the THE7 theme will have separate widget areas for the footer columns? Instead of placing all widget items into one widget area?

Two years ago it was mentioned it was in the pipeline but still has not been done.

The footer area is lacking a lot of flexibility because of this and a lot of people have asked about this feature in the past.

Hello. I have installed the Envato Market plugin to have the ability to update the theme in the WordPress backend. But when I try to click “update available” the icon continues to spin and does not update the theme.

Hello, I should create a portal with many, many pages. Can you please answer these simple pre-sale questions?

1- Mega Menu: how many columns and is there the possibility to customize it even with small photos?

2- Inside a page: in addition to the main menu, can I have another menu linked to other pages or linked in the sections of the page itself (the classic anchor links)?

3- Can I get in my website, all the pages I want, created using your theme One Page, also linked to the general home page?

Hi, I have pre-sales question. On the demo, there is a pause and the time spinner appears when moving between pages, on pretty much every page. I have fibre broadband, so internet speed is not an issue at my end. Is this going to happen on a live site, if I use the theme?

i have been using the7 theme and it is really great and useful. i have a small problem that i can’t find a solution about it, the solutions i found didn’t worked…

i built a website with a woocommerce. i want to add “search by sku” feature to my site. i tried 3 different plugins (you can see below) to achieve that but they didn’t worked.

as a side not; i use wp-total-cache for better page load performance, maybe this caching plugin effects that, i am not sure.
