My dashboard gives me this error: theme (Chandelier) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.
Below is what the system status page advises me:
chandelier/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php version 2.0.14 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.3,

We use 1920×930px in our demo. You could try to optimize your images with the some available tool.

Hi, I just bought the theme and imported the theme contents. But I could not activate the visual composer. When I click Activate I get NO LICENSES FOUND error.

We bought extended license for Visual Composer and we included this plugin in our theme (you can find it in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of this plugin), also we will update this plugin to the latest version with theme update.
In order to activate it go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find this plugin in our theme folder/plugins select it and click import/install.
You can ignore messages about activation these plugins, you have/get inside Plugin settings.

We have tested it on our side in different PC’s and it works fine. We advise you to reinstall your Chrome and then try again.

My menu still does not show on Chrome or explorer since I did this site months ago. It shows on Firefox but only the main page. On all the other pages it is a black or white box and the menu items are not listed. My website has a 84% bounce rate and it is prob because the menu can not be read or found. it is fine on mobile device. Please assist asap, i have updated chrome and from reading the threads this is a common issue and not just for me

Chandelier theme has an update, so I downloaded the zip file, went to themes > upload theme > and selected the new Chandelier theme update zip file.
I received the following error message:
“Destination folder already exists. /home2/larae/public_html/youngflowersseattle.com/wp-content/themes/chandelier/ Theme install failed.”
What are the proper steps to install the updated files?

You don’t have to install the theme again, you just need to update existing files.

how to change logo height and width , we have uploaded 200×60 logo but its showing very small

What’s important to know is that displayed logo on site is twice smaller then the original photo you upload in Elated Options -> Logo, because of the retina displays compatibility. So, if you upload for example 200×60px logo, it will be shown as 100×30px.
Max height is restricted by header height you set in Elated Options -> Header.
Alternatively, write to our support team at https://elated.ticksy.com , so they can provide some css for making your logo size bigger.

thanks for reply… but i am surprised after reading that logo size is restricted, this is very basic function which should not be restricted… when i click to support link now its showing to upgrade for support… if i want css code then i think i have to pay more for that …its absolutely wrong..can you pls provide solution for how can i increase my logo display ? or else you can provide me the css code ..still not able to understand .. how can you restrict logo size due to other functionality ? its not acceptable

Logo size is not really restricted, meaning there’s some maximum. We just meant that you define header height, and of course, logo can’t be bigger than that, it will overflow out from the header. But you can set any header height you want, no restrictions there.

There’s no unique recommended size. We have used 1100×734 px on our demo site for example. (if you want to use portrait images in masonry layout, then we used 1100×1400px images.)

Hi, I have a little problem with portfolio’s items permalink.
I found how to custom the “portfolio-item” (using “Portfolio Single Slug” in theme options), but when I change the name with “realisations” e.g, I can’t open items anymore … I’m redirected to 404 page as if pages do not exist.
