I can’t find latest visual composer in the update. My support has expired and I have older version of this theme. The visual composer isn’t working now. I just want to update the Visual composer plugin, but cant find its zip in the latest update package

I went through the documentation/ article link that you provided.
But the latest Theme file that I downloaded from themeforest doesn’t have the plugin in the Plugin Directory of the zip.

I have Hera v 2.5.3 (screenshot: https://imagebin.ca/v/3HoSU8XOEedZ ) I again downloaded the theme RIGHT NOW (All files with documentation) from themeforest, Still there are no 3rd party plugins in the plugin directory. (Neither revslider nor visual composer but only plugins with preffix “ot_” which i guess is your author-specifc plugins) . Pls check this image https://imagebin.ca/v/3HoD6w25UeOC
Probably you forgot to put them in the new update.
Edit: I commented this without watching the video link and the theme I am using is Hera v2. I don’t want to update the theme but update the plugin for it to work. Is it that minimum requirement for Visual composer v5.1 to work now is Hera v2.3?

Please don’t worries, do follow steps below:
1, Just need Deactive and then Deleted all old plugins: Visual Composer and Revolution Slider.
2, Re-install and Active again all plugins by go to Appearance -> Install Plugins -> Install and Active all new plugins from online sources.
3, If you still can’t update new plugins, please contact with me via email with WP admin account info and link website for help: contact@oceanthemes.net

sorry … but this them has a limitation with portfolio numbers it took only 20 portfolio item … it is foe mature and not for professional website. also you cannot search in comment for the same problem, they turn all the comment to private message, so no one can get what he search from reading the same comment.
I’m very sad and dissatisfy to purchase this theme, and waist my time and effort on it.

but actually i cannot edit my pages with visual composer, the page start to load the visual composer interface and never open, and I try to update visual composer, they ask me to purchase a license, so do I have to purchase the silence to edit my portfolio each year?
Please update theme and update plugins by download again “All files & Documentaion” and delete your old theme and re-install with new theme, after update theme done, please delete visual composer and re-install visual composer by go to appearance -> install visual composer and active, thanks

kind staff, I installed the theme hera but the portfolio has an animation different from that shown in the demo. In the demo, taking over the mouse cursor over the preview of the project in the portfolio page, the animation shows an animation different from the one that shows the theme I installed.
I would like to be able to use the animation as the demo version.

Yeah. Thanks. I did that. Three times now. After I imnport demo data, when I go to Settings/Reading and try to select a front page, the only selection is “Sample Page”. I don’t see what you show in your video at 4:59.

I have recently updated my Hera theme to the new version 2.3. I noticed that the visual composer is not up to date and I can’t update it on my end since I don’t have the license for it. I purchased the theme because it includes the visual composer. I’ve had this issue before and have contacted you months ago and told me to uninstall/reinstall the theme. I have tried that already and still no update. As of right now is it version 4.11.2 and it’s asking to update it to version 4.12. What can I do?
