We didn’t integrate any of membership plugins with the theme, we only implemented WooCommerce. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend any, since we haven’t tested our theme with those plugins. So, this could be handled by users if you want to try to use some plugin for that purpose with our theme!

After core WP update to version 4.5+, there is conflict with jQuery. So with latest version of our theme and VC you will have stable combination. Portfolio item in portfolio list, need to be represented with Featured Image, you could add video to be part of Single Portfolio Item. For the masonry portfolios, you should combine various sizes and then with good combination all items would be resized well on smaller resolutions.

Note: We bought extended license for Visual Composer plugin. We can’t give you license code because of polity and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included it in our theme. You can ignore messages about activation you have/get inside Plugin settings. Just install/activate it and keep using it as well.

If there is any other problems with using of this plugins, it could be you updated core WP files, but haven’t updated our theme and VC. Please, make sure you are using latest version of our theme 3.2 and also VC version should be 4.12.

Hi There. I am using the latest version of the theme and have updated Wordpress. Yet when I log in to my wordpress dashboard the pages cannot be updated. I click on the Visual Composer button on the edit section and it opens up a link to purchase the plugin. I do not have the extended support option with the theme, however I feel that this is something that should be addressed as this is fundamentally what I purchased and it is not working.

There is no option to change when mobile header is appearing. By default settings mobile header is enabled under 1000px because of lack of spaces. So, with some custom css, our support team could help you to achieve mobile header on 1024px, too. Or they could help you to fit all menu items to work ok on iPad too. Hello and thank you for you prompt response,

I tried to open a ticket but my support license has expired. I am not asking for something to be customized or add some functionality into the theme cause in that case i would gladly pay to extend my support, all i’m asking is for the theme to work properly on responsive devices. Since all ipads and many other tablets are using the 1024px resolution i do believe that this something all themes should take into consideration and be compatible with.
