Takes too long to add Product to Cart. When clicking ADD TO CART, the wheel spins for 24 Seconds
we only have 125 products and have very fast VPS hosting. we have 2 other ecomm sites running 30 woocommerce plugins & have no problems. I noticed GURU demo site is not fast, either.

Hi rsriram , I am using the plugin above and I can not get the Facebook/Twitter/Linkedin Login buttons to appear in the MY ACCOUNT or CHECKOUT pages???? -Does GURU theme block it? (plugin doc, says some theme can)
- as per plugin instructions, I have LOGGED OUT of WP, when visiting the MY ACCOUNT and CHECKOUT pages. And I have tried adding the plugin shortcode directly to the MY ACCOUNT and CHECKOUT pages in the page editor, but have no luck.

Sorry we have not tested our theme with any third party plugins other than the plugins listed in the themeforest page. So we cannot guarantee for that plugin to work with our theme. Please contact the plugin support team regarding the issue.

A: This is most likely an issue with your theme (we’ve seen this happen several times already). If your theme overwrites WooCommerce templates, as many do, it may be missing the required action hooks to display the social login buttons. It would be best to contact your theme author and prod them to update their templates to be compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce and include any hooks and functions WooCommerce does.
In the mean time, you can add the login buttons to any page using our shortcode

Hello, I have a problem with the icons not displaying in my website. Yesterday I migrate my client´s website from my server to his server, but now the icons (that I think are the font awesome icons) are not displaying anywhere.
In the test site are fine, but in my client´s website they are missing.
Maybe I´m missing some configuration after migrating? Please help!

I bought the latest version of GURU yesterday. But after insallation and activation, the only thing I can see is a white screen. I use explorer11 and window10. Can I downgrade the version or download the downgraded version. Otherwise Can I get refund? Rapid answer would be appriciated.

2) The teachers and admin can only post the courses. We do not have option for posting jobs in our theme. You need to check if there are any plugins for that feature.
3) There will be no performance issue in our theme.

2. On a single events page, you have a google map integrated into the page. Is it possible to also integrate that into a single course page as well?

If not necessarry,
Can we assign a lesson to users personally? I mean that we will decide Who/Which lesson take? A user shouldn’t choice any courses.

my visual editor is not working somehow. If I type something and save it, it doesn’t save anything if the visual editor is used. I can use the html editor but I don’t have the time to use tags to structure my pages. Also in the visual editor my clicks are ignored – eg. I can select a sentence, but can’t make it H1 or anything else.

i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) Go to wp-content/plugins/ through FTP.
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. That’s it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

Can I create a separate sidebar for each course in Sensei? (i.e. With different widgets on each) Failing that, can you/I add a new Sensei tab under Guru > Widget area for Course and lessons? Ultimately I need to have a sidebar for each course, that holds the same widgets, but the widget data is specific for each course – e.g. News, forums & events. If the template does this already, I’ve not worked out how…?

Sorry but you cannot set separate sidebar or widget for each course. You can have only a common sidebar for the courses. The widgets that you added in the “Display Everywhere ” widget area will be shown in the course details page. We will consider this option in our future updates.

OK – Only I don’t want the widgets to appears everywhere on the site, just in the courses. I assume by adding them to the ‘Display Everywhere’ widget area, that’s what I’ll be doing?

The theme will not automatically update, Please follow the below steps to update.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) Go to Dashboard > Buddha Panel > Backup > Backup Options to backup the buddha panel settings and you can restore it, if you loose it in theme updates.
v) Go to wp-content/plugins/ through FTP.
vi) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vii) Then Login to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. That’s it. Now you are updated to the latest version.
