Thank you for taking interest in our theme! You can display the Instagram feed directly on a page by using the Visual Composer widgetised sidebar shortcode that will allow you to show your Instagram widget regularly. Every video slider created with Revolution slider, which is included with our theme, can be set to be in parallax. Even if the video is created with Edge slider it can easily be recreated with the Revolution slider.

Hi, is there any problem with the ticket, because I can’t access the ticket?
With regards to the registration, when we tried to register, we put username and email, but the client is not receiving any confirmation email, where she can click the link and add password and etc., as well as with the admin, we are not receiving anything too. The register, it is adding in the user in the dashboard but the client and the admin is not receiving any emails, so how can the client log in, if she didnt put any password, or how can she make password if she didnt receive any emails.

This is the issue related to the ticksy system that we are using for submitting tickets. We have contacted their support agents and we are waiting for their response.

I tried what you told me to do, but still not working, I installed the plugin, then nothing happens, we change the email, same. I tried to register, it is coming in the admin the registration, but the problem is the person who registered is not receiving the link you told me that we will send where they will click the link and redirected to enter their password. Problem you’re having is usually caused because of the older versions of PHP, you have to contact your hosting support, and to tell them to increase server PHP version to version to at least 5.3.

Is it a bug on the theme that Google maps on all 3 contact page is not responding to click if it’s not at the full size?
To reproduce: 1) Go to http://walker.edge-themes.com/contact-2/ 2) Click on the pin. Notice the popup. 3) Resize the window to half 4) Notice that we cannot close the popup, zoom in/out nor pan the map.

This is happening because of map overlay we included for smaller screens (touch devices) , where map is not clickable, in order for users to be able to scroll down the page without problems.
On regular (desktop) devices, you can of course open and close this pin.
You can of course disable that overlay for smaller screens we added if you need to have clickable map on smaller devices.

If you want, you can send FTP credentials to our team on your ticket, and they will update this now for you so you get this issue corrected before update is out.

I found an issue on main featured product image. When I set the main featured image to other thumbnail (not the default first thumbnail), then I click into the single product page, it will (show the set image just for few seconds) change back to the first default image.
