I have a question before buying. I can customize the progress of the campaign bar with a custom icon? this icon should change shape as the bar moves towards the goal.

Means on the left and right side of the full cause progress bar? If so, then yes. Thanks

how can explain on email?

Email me at envato[at]imithemes.com Thanks

Hi this theme looks really good overall but i kinda don’t like the cause pages is it possible to move the donation progress to the right and add like in kickstarter a sort of contribution grid where funder can choose the amount he wants to give ? I have no knowledge in coding/programming yet :/

Hi there

Thanks for your interest in BornToGive Theme. You can add plugin’s widget in the cause sidebar to show donation form. To move the progress to a side need customization in single cause template which you should be able to do with the help of support team.

Thanks

Hi can user submit cause (front end submission)??

Hi there

For front end campaigns submission you can use the available extension for charitable plugin https://www.wpcharitable.com/extensions/charitable-ambassadors/

Thanks

Hi again. Pre-purchase question: We are a nonprofit that has just started working with a fundraising platform—not Charitable, which is included in your theme. I think I know the answer to this, but just to confirm, is there any way for us to manually manage our campaigns by plugging in the donation numbers from our other fundraising platform rather than working through Charitable? I would want to use the campaign pages and the counters that I see in the demo, but all “donate” buttons would need to redirect to the forms we set up with our other platform and then we would need to enter our numbers manually so that our counters would all be accurate. Any chance this would work?

Hi there

Thanks for your interest in BornToGive Theme. Basically the whole system of campaigns in this theme use the Charitable plugin and words around it. I don’t how what your other donation system works but if you just want the donate button to be redirected somewhere else then it can be done with couple of changed files in your child theme. Also you can make manual donations by your own and make them confirmed from WP Dashboard.

Thanks

Hello. Are there any view options associated with the layout of the gallery, aside from the numbers of columns? Specifically, I’d like to have the option to build mosaic galleries on the page rather than all thumbnails in a gallery displaying in landscape orientation. Thanks in advance!

Hi there

You need to choose column option from 1-4 but can have different height pictures to create a mosaic gallery style. So you will be adding random dimension images for your gallery posts and display them in like 3 columns to create a mosaic style with random height images with constant width of columns.

Thanks

Great, thanks for the quick reply!

Hello there,

Potentially an obvious question – can the slider on the homepage be automated. I think it is optionally a FlexSlider or Revolution Slider by the look of the comments anyway; in which case I guess it would be a yes?...

Kind Regards, Tim

Hi there

Yes, both sliders can be automated optionally :)

Thanks

I get the following error trying to install the plugin required by your theme “Born to give” : Something went wrong with the plugin API.

Hi there

Thank you for your interest in BornToGive Theme. Yes offline payments for donations saved in your WP dashboard which you can later verify and change to received. As soon as you confirm it the progress of the campaign gets updated.

Thanks

Hi! I have a pre-purchase question. Is there any documentation on how well this theme integrates with WooCommerce Memberships? For example, with the theme and the plug-in, could tickets be sold at different prices for members and non-members and could ticket sales be tracked through WooMemberships?

Hi there

Thanks for your interest in BornToGive Theme. Event payments are not integrated through the woo-commerce plugin. It uses PayPal for the ticket payments and built with in the theme. We are planning to add ticket sales support woocommerce in coming updates, still in development.

Thanks

Thanks so much for the quick reply! So if we bought and implemented your theme, would we be able to set up an event with a discounted ticket type for members only and then have that purchase recorded in their membership profile, if we used WooMemberships? Or is WooMemberships also not compatible?

Woocommerce and woomembership can be used with the theme but the event payments have no relation with it. Event module is all custom built which supports PayPal for tickets payment at the moment. Thanks

my website is not displaying correctly on the mobile, it is showing the wrong color, the menu has disappeared, and my home page is empty. Please help.

Dear imithemes,

I was download BornToGive Theme and when i read the documentation i found: “Premium plugins: Slider Revolution and Visual Composer”, these should included in theme alright?

Please clarify this point.

Best Regards,

Hi there

Yes, both plugins are included in the theme and can be installed from Appearance > Install Plugins

Thanks

1. Is the donation feature full included? i.e. with paypal AND credit card integration where people can make payment using these methods?

2. Can people without paypal make donation?

3. What is the paypal account required to receive funds? I am doing this for a ngo and they have paypal ngo account type.

4. Can I set a percentage of donation (5%) to go me and the balance 95% to go to the ngo?

Hi there

1. Campaigns donations are using Chraitable plugin which offer extensions for stripe payment https://www.wpcharitable.com/extensions/ which you can use. PayPal is already built in the theme.

2. Yes PayPal is available for donations on campaigns.

3. A regular account of PayPal should be good which can accept payments.

4. Campaigns donations go to the primary PayPal email account which you can further distribute as you like.

Thanks

I like the Theme – well done. Got a quick question though – What is the recommended way to update this theme? Is there an automated process or is it a manual process?

Hi, just bought this (great looking) theme. One question: is the functionality of pojo sidebars built in the theme, or can I use the “easy custom sidebars”-plugin, that I usually use for this functionality, for a similar result?

Hi there

Thank you for your purchase. We recommend Pojo Sidebars plugin to create unlimited sidebars for the theme but you can use any other plugin you want as created sidebars are listed for you to select for any post/page.

Thanks

Okay, maybe I’ll try it. thanks for the quick feedback!

Welcome :)

Query!

Can the volunteer (or other form) that is used on the theme be integrated as member sign up? Either by simple code or plug-in? The client just wants a quick way of storing member contacts in the back end easily

Hi there

The volunteer registeration form is a simple form using the Contact Form 7 plugin which sends the data to an email. You can extend that form using a free plugin which can store the data https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-to-database-extension/ or with a premium plugin: https://codecanyon.net/item/storage-for-contact-form-7-/7806229

Thanks

Has stripe been added as a payment option?

Hi there

Stripe is an option form Causes donations with extension of WPCharitable plugin https://www.wpcharitable.com/extensions/

But for Events you have PayPal payment option only at the moment

Thanks

Hi there, (Pre Purchase Questions)

1). Is there a way for the book process on the events side to take payment as in the rainwater event and print a ticket like in the other register events?

2). Can the forms in the events and causes be changed to suit more questions?

3). Is there a way to get the payment method to work with the shop rather than taking the user to PayPal? I noticed there is a shop feature and probably the shop feature will keep track of sales in the back end like WooCommerce does?

4) Can the volunteers form be changed to include contact number etc?

Thanks in advance for the reply.

Regards,

Jay

Hi there

1. Yes all events can have booking and payment option for tickets.

2. Events form needs to be changed with the theme core files and causes use Charitable plugin which allow to extend donation form through their filters which you can add in your functions file

3. Event payment have PayPal option only and Causes donations can have other options like Stripe and more https://www.wpcharitable.com/extensions/

4. Yes, you can add that as this form is using Contact Form 7 plugin.

Thanks

Hi there, Just to be clear on a few points before purchase.

1) I can set up events to take payment and to print a ticket for events?

2) Is changing these forms in the core easy (and will I get help)?

3) I understand that it is a paypal only at the moment, but I want to know if it can be linked to the shop you have rather than sending the user to paypal. That way they stay on my site fully and the shop function should place an order in the backend so that I can keep track of attendees who book on etc. Paypal is fine as long as I can use this function. I hope that makes more sense.

4) Great!

Regards,

Jay

PS. Thanks for a quick response.

1. Yes, payments for events can be made using PayPal and ticket can be printed on successful payment/submission

2. PHP knowledge is required to do so and yes my support team would be happy to assist you.

3. No, events can not be linked to Woocommerce shop.

Thanks

HI there! Looks like a beautiful theme, nice job. I have a few pre-sales questions if you could answer them for me would be great.

1) The header top right info i.e. phone number. I’m assuming this is a widget that we can modify. Are we able to put a “DONATE” button/shortcode or possibly just text to link to another page?

2) Full Width Pages i.e the About us. Are we able to make the content full width using Visual Composer? (stretches the content)

3) Individual Page Headers – Seems like there seems to be only one version. Are we able to customize these within the page settings?

4) Footer settings – Can we do more or less columns? Currently there are 3 that are active on the demo.

Thank you.

Hi there

Thank you for your interest in BornToGive WP Theme.

1. The number in the header is coming from Theme Options field not a widget. To add a button with menu you can add custom html in a custom menu item

2. Yes, you can stretch row content to full width using VC builder.

3. Inner page headers have options to select a BG Color, Image, FlexSlider or Revolution Slider

4. Footer columns available are 1, 2, 3, 4, 6

Thanks
