Hi,

I’m not satisfied with your support. After several attempts at installing your theme, with no results, I’ve sent you my wp account password but it seems it hasn’t worked either. Host says it’s most likely a glitch within the files – missing files, whatever. All support said was it had to do with the wp super cache. Trouble is I had problem installing the theme before I installed the mentioned plugin. I’ve tried other themes in the past, using the same domain and I had no trouble whatsoever with installations.

I want a refund please.

I can see that you have submitted a ticket via our support center and a member of our team followed up with you. That was over fourteen hours ago and we haven’t heard back from you again. The information that you mentioned in this comment was not included in your submitted ticket, so the support member wasn’t aware that the issue existed before the plugin was installed.

I would strongly recommend following up with your assigned support member to resolve the issue. There isn’t anything in Avada that would be causing this problem and it can definitely be resolved.

I have also mentioned your request to our support manager to follow up.

Hi,

Using the Fusion Slider header with Vimeo video. The Vimeo video is not showing up correctly on a PC monitor and also on mobile devices.

Please advise me on how to fix this problem. My entire website theme design centers around the Vimeo video headers as my portfolio categories.

Hmm, when you say they are not showing up correctly, do you mean that they are not sized correctly, or are they out of position? Lightbox does not open when clicking on the thumbnails in the portfolio page. Instead, it takes me to a page with just the single photo. Once there I can only see the image and i need to press the back button from the browser to view other items and options.

I want the Lightbox to open when I click on the thumbnails and then give me the ability to click or swipe (on mobile) through all of the photos in the post.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to increase the font size within tables using the table shortcode for table-1 style tables? I can’t find it in the documentation.

Hmm, this would require some custom CSS to gain full control over the font size inside the tables. We do have a quick guide on getting started with custom CSS here:

Is there a global setting that can set all of the pages to 100% width instead of default template or do you have to set it for each page individually?

Please go to Theme Options > Portfolio > Portfolio Single Post and then set this option to ON please.

Just to confirm here, the page template will always default to ‘Default’, this is how WordPress is configured and is not something that Avada can change. However, it may be possible with a third party plugin, or some custom PHP code. I haven’t done this personally, but I would recommend asking over on the WordPress community forum as someone may have a suggestion on the best way to make this change.

Hi there, Do we get HTML templates of this theme as part purchase? If not, are they sold separately? We would like to setup a website & blog that share same theme.

At the moment, there is no HTML version of Avada. We don’t include any HTML templates with the theme and there is no separate purchase. Theoretically, you could generate your pages with Avada, then copy the source code from the page to create your own static copy. This isn’t recommended though as Avada is built to be a dynamic, WordPress theme.

I would love to change this color #4ca9b4 on avada fashion theme to #eb008b but every time i make those changes it goes pink, only to visit the website again it goes all green on me again. how do i make a permanent change to that.

Hi there, i’m about to buy this theme. Just a question: I like to present the the pictures (see “2 Column Classic” on preview page) in circles, not rectangles. Will that be possible?

Awesome, I’m glad to hear that you’re considering Avada for your website.

In regards to your question, we currently don’t have an option to force the images to display as circles, however, this could easily be achieved with a small amount of custom CSS. You would need to set the border radius of the images to 50%, like so:

.fusion-portfolio-post .fusion-image-wrapper {
border-radius: 50%;
}

Hello. The Fusion Builder doesn’t work well. Always I see the message “We’re sorry but Fusion Builder has timed out. It is most likely due to low PHP configurations on your server or a php error. There are 3 possible solutions. Solution 1: Fix the PHP configurations in the System Status that are reported in RED.System Status Solution 2: Make sure WP-DEBUG is turned off in your wp-config file. Solution 3: Disable all plugins except for the ones that came with the theme to see is there is a conflict.

I already checked: 1. On Sistem Status all green. 2. Wp-Debug false 3. Disable all other plaggins. The same.

Word Press 4.6 Avada 4.0.3

I couldn’t find a solution. Could you help me?

Easily through our “widget element” :) It can accept any widget that shows up in the WordPress widget section. And you can place it anywhere on a page our post.

Hello there, thank you for this great theme! It’s a pleasure working with it. I have a question, however:

Is there a possibility to have a video post only show its featured image instead of the embedded video? As I have a video blog, it takes a too long time for the site to load, when it has to import the embed codes of all the videos I want to feature on the index page.

Hmm you should be able ot put a featured image first in featured image one spot, which will show on index page, then on singel post page, disable first featured image (via theme options > blog single post page> and insert your video at the top of each post. That will work perfectly for what you need.

Hi Avada Team, I’m considering purchasing your theme. I have just installed wordpress and I’m wondering that when installing Avada theme that I will get errors for the following: > memory_limit, >max_execution_time, >upload_max_filesize,

Do i need to ask my host to increase these before installing the theme?

When you install Avada all you need to do is go to the Avada Status page and therein you will see the servers PHP configuration limits. Any of them that are in red can be addressed as explained in this help file -> http://bit.ly/1T5luaR

We are setting up faq’s but are noticing that even though we edit the “Order” attribute for each one it does not reflect our order.

Not sure if this is a bug or if were just not doing this correctly.

I’ve looked through the documentation but there is nothing that relates to the order of FAQ’s.

hi,

I bought this theme a week ago but it has been playing up every time I try to install it from the avadafullpackage/avadatheme/avadazip, via ftp or from within WP.

Within WP, on avada theme options, just the message “fatal error, function error r: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wp_cache_debug().

I called the server, and they verified everything: php configs and databases etc, nothing wrong.

WP is updated to latest version.

This is the third time I try to upload the theme to no results.

Is help available or should I ask for a refund?

You should never face such issues while installing Avada and the process should be smooth and straightforward, Have you tried installing the theme using alternate FTP method too?

My support has run out and I am more than happy to renew, but I wanted to confirm you would be able to assist me with my issue. I am using a plugin that requires me to select a page template (as defined in a child theme with Template Name: TemplateName). Due to the complex nature of the dynamic page.php template, I would need assistance with the following.

I need to create one template that is full width (no sidebar) I need to create one template that uses a sidebar where I can specify the sidebar using get_sidebar function.

I am sure there will be other questions…but I mainly wanted to see if this is something you can offer suggestions and methods such as filters / actions to accomplish this. Thanks.
