Thanks for the interest. Purchase policies are made by Envato and they don’t provide such a option due to the digital nature of the product.
I just purcahse Uncode and installed the theme. When trying to import dummy content it errors out and says I need to install plugins. When i try to install plugins it says “Download failed. Unauthorized” Help please!

One more pre-purchase question : My goal is to build a blog similar to http://foundry-demo.squarespace.com/ I’d need to have (1) no borders around masonry “blocks” and (2) large text only header for the actual blog article (click through to see). Would this be possible via options, or would I need significant CSS skills? Thanks in advance.

Hi, We recently purchased this theme (which is excellent BTW), but there’s no Visual Composer at all on the Content Block editor.
I have created and edited several pages using the Visual Editor, but every time I want to edit a Content Block, there’s only a bunch of shortcodes on the traditional WP editor. There’s no “Classic Mode/Backend Editor” toggle button at all. Is there something We’re missing?
We are using UNCODE V.1.3.3.

I have question regarding classic-business layout, in the row with icon boxs there are 3 lines of texts in each one, if I input more or less lines of text each column of “icon box” will be in different position (title and logo will not be aling to the top) how to align each icon box to the top if quantity of text differs?

you can always import single pages by using the Import demo but just the single page one and not the Import all function.
Can I import one of the fixed concept as a whole website with all functions and customize it later?

About the advanced grid system, I can say that we have used an original and effectives approach to that which made the grid either pixel perfect, performant and easy to build.

I’m trying to build an education site, quickly and my questions thus far is are the various “themes” shown here how do they work with the visual composer?Do I have to put in a short code to use those theme pages or press a button and import a theme page? Also it says taylored visual composer, what’s that mean? Is there a way to add a member log in or log in page? Again forgive the naivety I’m new at this. Thanks.

don’t worry all the questions are legit. The various ‘themes’ are basically just layouts created inside pages with the Visual Composer (which as the name says is a visual builder where the shortcodes are created by drag and drop and options).
Once you purchase Uncode you can start by importing either all the demo content or just specific pages, here http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/before-start-with-uncode/ we have our documentation site.
Taylored Visual Composer means that we have build on top of the famous plugin to make it better and more integrated with Uncode.
For the login inside a page I guess you could use a plugin for it.

I’ve actually been checking and that module is not present in the standard Visual Composer plugin. It must come from some addons.
