1. To achieve that style Please opacity of the header from Them options >> Skin >> Header, Margin top value 25. Header opacity to 80% and reduce opacity of all its below options. 2. Now edit the page Scroll down to View Options, set header fixed.

Getting a 404 error when loading the site. It is trying to pull this file: wp-content/uploads/smile_fonts/Defaults/Defaults.css?ver=4.5.3 I think it is from the ultimate add-ons plugin. How can I stop this without deactivating the plugin?

I think this is not the issue, please check your site after turn on the debug mode of your site. This is just the font file which is not loaded properly. Please turn on the debug mode from the Wp-config file and then check your site on the front-end. You can see the original error on the site.

Hello, I just tried to upload the porto.zip file through the admin of WP and keep getting a message that says “Are you sure you want to do this?” and then a button to install it again. I’ve gone through this now 3 times. What’s going on?

Thanks for your help. It seems everything is installed and most plugins are activated except for Visual Composer. Can you please update Visual Composer as I’m getting an error message that it can’t be installed because there’s a newer version available. I downloaded the latest version, but I don’t see how to upload it.

I’ve installed the revolution slider plugin, it doesn’t auto activate like it states in other comments here. It’s asking for a purchase code. I found it and tried to use the key code but it says it’s not valid. What do I do from here?

There is no need to activate or purchase the new license for Revolution Slider. It is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by Smartwave. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from the Revolution Slider’s website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.
So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

I have an issue on the product page. On safari the the main picture doesnt show up and the gallery pics are almost all the way up on the main picture. As you press the arrows for the gallery the pictures show up and if you go backwards to the main picture it then sbows up but not on upon loading the page
It works with Chrome and Firefox
Please help asap as I dont want to loose customers

Editing rev. slider is very slow in admin mode. Whenever I want to add a new slide to the Slider it takes lots of time to load. Could you plz tell me how to resolve it?

First of all please check Optimal Server Requirements For Theme:
• Server Type: Linux with cPanel ( Bluehost hosting Recommended ) • PHP version = 5.4 or greater • Apache = 2.2 or greater • MySQL = 5.5 or greater • PHP Memory Limit = 256mb • PHP max_execution_time = 600 seconds • mod_rewrite Apache module = Enabled If you are installing through WordPress Theme section, make sure your PHP Upload File Size limit is 40MB, since the theme .zip file is around 40MB
Please make sure all above settings are correct on your server, before complaining about theme issues. You can contact your web hosting company.

My problem is that I have a duplicate Google Tag Manager code (I installed the awesome Duracell’s plugin but didn’t use it properly!) but I have scanned the header.php (themes/porto/header.php) and there’s nothing it (BTW: the all file seems suspect to me, it’s very short.)

Sorry, but porto product categories seems to display products from a particular category, or is there any changes that is to be made in it to display it as in Shop-version 7.
Could you check the BROWSE OUR CATEGORIES row in Shop-version 7 home page to get the idea of what I’m trying say.

Go to settings of this element > Scroll down to Categories section and type names of the categories that you like to display, wait a while it will search and display necessary info for that category and will display. Or leave it empty to display all categories. Thanks
Hello, I want to tell you one thing. Changing colors are very hard in my opinion. Very difficult to find where to change for only one specific part. Can u please provide a feature like one click skin generator. If we touch, usually we mess up the color combinations. Because it is so detailed. In skin tab, there are maybe almost thousand different settings. Very difficult to play around.
Please give us a bit easier solution. Thank you very much

Sorry for the trouble you are facing, But all the color options are under Theme Options >> Skin. and you can easily set them as you need. Sorry Porto do not have any feature like one click skin Generator.
