Hey, I put all my main categories in the main menu and I would like them to become dropdown and show the subcategories and the products related to the main categories. How can I achieve that?

For the language and currency switcher you need to buy WPML plugin for your website from here https://wpml.org/ as its not included in the theme. Porto is fully compatible with it. Thanks

I think you are using the PHP version 7 for the website. Please change the PHP version 5.6 from your CPanel and then try to import the demo in your site. Actually, PHP 7 version is not compatible with the Ultimate Addons for VC plugin so only for importing the data please change the PHP version after demo import you can change it to PHP 7 version.

Your demo site/sites are crashing on iphones/ipads. I’ve tried several devices, have latest updates, etc…

All demos are not working, you should try on a real iphone/ipad… It loads and then crashes.

Those websites only generally replicate a mobile device by adjusting the screen size, etc.

Hello I am planning to buy the porto theme but before i buy i would like to get some answers of my questions

First, Can I Use the template for more than one domain or will i have to purchase the theme again to use it on another domain.

Second, is there any additional charges other than the theme cost, i will have to pay after purchase these theme like any plugin or anything else I will have to purchase to run this theme ?

(note: I am using linux hosting and installed wordpress)

1. All ThemeForest products allows only One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multisite installation does not matter though).

So regardless of number of clients, license works with number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

It is up to you what ever plugin you buy and use with our theme. However its not possible to guarantee 3rd party plugins for us.

But we think that if plugin is coded perfectly it should work with any WooCommerce theme. You can also confirm from the plugin author. This is the best info we can provide at this stage. Thank you for your co-operation.

I am using the most current download of Porto and seem to be having a problem with the demo contact page not properly displaying the map. Hi, since the last update has quite a lot of changes (additions) and fixes, I would like to know if I will have any issues when updating. I like to update, but I don’t want to loose any customizations or look/layout of the page. I am using version 3.0.3 and the child theme. I just want to have the same widgets, layout, config etc. after upgrade. Is it enough to save the options? Is the update compatible with the saved options of 3.0.3 ? thanks.

this was just an example. You didn’t get my point. I mean that it would be wise to explain all changes. A changelog is not enough, there should be an addition to the documentation, explaining the new things.
