For the language and currency switcher you need to buy WPML plugin for your website from here https://wpml.org/ as its not included in the theme. Porto is fully compatible with it. Thanks

I think you are using the PHP version 7 for the website. Please change the PHP version 5.6 from your CPanel and then try to import the demo in your site. Actually, PHP 7 version is not compatible with the Ultimate Addons for VC plugin so only for importing the data please change the PHP version after demo import you can change it to PHP 7 version.

All demos are not working, you should try on a real iphone/ipad… It loads and then crashes.
Those websites only generally replicate a mobile device by adjusting the screen size, etc.

Hello I am planning to buy the porto theme but before i buy i would like to get some answers of my questions
First, Can I Use the template for more than one domain or will i have to purchase the theme again to use it on another domain.
Second, is there any additional charges other than the theme cost, i will have to pay after purchase these theme like any plugin or anything else I will have to purchase to run this theme ?
(note: I am using linux hosting and installed wordpress)

So regardless of number of clients, license works with number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

It is up to you what ever plugin you buy and use with our theme. However its not possible to guarantee 3rd party plugins for us.
But we think that if plugin is coded perfectly it should work with any WooCommerce theme. You can also confirm from the plugin author. This is the best info we can provide at this stage. Thank you for your co-operation.

Hi, since the last update has quite a lot of changes (additions) and fixes, I would like to know if I will have any issues when updating. I like to update, but I don’t want to loose any customizations or look/layout of the page. I am using version 3.0.3 and the child theme. I just want to have the same widgets, layout, config etc. after upgrade. Is it enough to save the options? Is the update compatible with the saved options of 3.0.3 ? thanks.

1. It is recommended that you must take backup of your website before making any update to avoid any uncertain issue that may be caused due to internet, server or any other reason.
2. After updating theme just GO to Theme Options >> Skin >> Compile default css and from here you need to compile “Theme css” & “Plugin css” Thanks

I have seen the changelog, but there is are only the changes written, something like “Added page sub title option in View Options”, but it’s not explained what and where and how to etc…

On any page of your website, when you edit it, Please scroll down to “View Options section” when the page title is enabled you will see an additional field saying “Page sub title”. Thanks
this was just an example. You didn’t get my point. I mean that it would be wise to explain all changes. A changelog is not enough, there should be an addition to the documentation, explaining the new things.
