I found the option and I added link for FACEBOOK, PINTREST and WHATSAPP NUMBER after saving the setting I noticed the Whatsapp icon is missing can you please tell my how the waht’s icon will apprear with facebook and pintrest icons ?

I am installing the new theme 3.1 on a test website locally but the website goes immediately off with error 500, 3.0.2 theme is working fine, all memory limits adjusted. do you have an idea why this is happening?

This is a server error, You must configure your server properly as instructed below. Optimal Server Requirements For Theme:
• Server Type: Linux with cPanel ( Bluehost hosting Recommended ) • PHP version = 5.4 or greater • Apache = 2.2 or greater • MySQL = 5.5 or greater • PHP Memory Limit = 256mb • PHP max_execution_time = 600 seconds • mod_rewrite Apache module = Enabled If you are installing through WordPress Theme section, make sure your PHP Upload File Size limit is 40MB, since the theme .zip file is around 40MB
Please make sure all above settings are correct on your server, You can contact your web hosting company.

sure, I have a few bootstrap grid templates right now in my theme and I would like to move them to porto as easy as possible. So I wonder will it work?
I think you should be able to do that and add those templates in Porto, but this type of integration can be a time taking work at your end. If you have ever done this with any other theme then it should also possible with Porto.
Further, we have no plans yet to add compatibility for Bootstrap 4.x

I can’t upgrade it or get the latest version because it has been removed from THEMEFOREST… now i see this NEW UPDATED version here…
I check my BOUGHT template area and it still says NO UPGRADES available.

A word of warning to anyone thinking of buying this template BEWARE..! The will wait till your justnover thier 1 year warrenty then discontinue the template..!
Only to release is somewhere else on THEMEFOREST with a slightly different name to try to get you to buy it again and pay more money.
I have spent time on customising, paying outside developers and intergrators to tweak this template only to find there no updates, no latest versions and a completly (SO CALLED) different version now on THEMEFOREST!
Even if i was to buy this supposedly somehow differernt version ( whicj it is not) that is now available here i’d have to pay the guys that already tweaked and customised the original version to get to the same place costing me yet again more money.
Having Paid for this already i should have just been able to click UPDATE to get the latest version you’d think right… not the case at all.
I’m now left with an aging out of date wordpress template incapable of getting any updates for it and a ton of work to now buy or replace and redevelop an entire site again from scratch.. after less than just over a year… Unable to update from 2015 after buting in in October 2014… THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPATBLE!

Sorry as Porto is woo commerce theme and woocommerce do not have this feature to show product attribute value in product listing pages such as Shop page and category pages, You can only display attributes on product main page. We are using YITH plugin here, for more info you can contact YITH plugin author as tehy can provide you better info about this feature. Thanks
Hi, Thanks for your reply but I have not been very clear. We want to hide the sidebar main menu (“Navigation” menu see on our home page) from the products pages but leave it on the home page and other pages.

Please go to your home page edit the page and from view options please select the sidebar menu only for this page and please deselect the sidebar menu from Appearance >> Menu >> Sidebar menu in this way your sidebar menu will auto remove from globally.

To fix it you can: 1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true. 2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.

Hi folks. Love your theme but am frustrated. No matter what settings I try, I cannot get the Rev Slider to appear behind the header/menu. I have the header background set to transparent. On the page itself, I have Banner Position set to Behind Header and have the slider chosen as the banner. But no matter what, the header appears first and then the slider appears. Please advise asap. Thanks.
I figured it out. For those having the same issue, it seems the header background is given a default background color, even though I had it marked as transparent in the settings. So I added the following CSS:
.fixed-header #header { background:none; }
